«Ժողովուրդ». ՔՊ-ական պատգամավոր Էմմա Պալյանի ամուսինը լվացման կետ է բացել

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. ««Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթի տեղեկությունների համաձայն՝ Էմմա Պալյանի ամուսինը՝ Ալբերտ Մարտիրոսյանը, Գյումրի քաղաքը սպասարկող «Գյումրի ավտոբուս» ՓԲԸ-ի տարածքում մեքենաների լվացման կետ է բացել։ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթն ահազանգ է ստացել, որ քաղաքապետարանին, բուժհաստատություններին պատկանող ավտոմեքենաները, հրահանգված է, ՔՊ պատգամավորի ամուսնու լվացման կայանում լվանալ:

 

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը այս առիթով կապվեց պատգամավոր Էմմա Պալյանի հետ՝ պարզելու՝ արդյոք այս տեղեկությունները ճիշտ են, թե ոչ, եւ ինչու է նրա ամուսինը միշտ արտոնյալ:

 

«Հիմա ամուսինս աշխատում է «Հայ անտառ» ՊՈԱԿ-ում։ Ես ապշում եմ նման վառ երեւակայության վրա։ Որեւէ նման ինֆորմացիա չկա, որ պարտադրանք լինի, այն էլ՝ հիվանդանոցների։ Նման պարտադրանք չկա։ Ես իմ ամուսնու գործունեությամբ այդքան չեմ զբաղվում, բայց ձեր նշածը բացարձակ սուտ է. նման պարտադրանք չկա, չի կարող լինել»:

Նկատենք, որ Էմմա Պալյանը ոչ մի կերպ չհերքեց ամուսնու՝ ավտոլվացման կետ ունենալու հանգամանքը, իսկ պետական պաշտոն եւ բիզնես համատեղելիությունը լրիվ անօրինական է, ինչի մասին ԱԺ-ում հարցախեղդ էր անում ՔՊ-ն Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի նախկին նախագահ Հայկուհի Հարությունյանին:

Հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը նախկինում գրել էր՝ ՔՊ-ական Էմմա Պալյանը աշխատանք չունեցող ամուսնուն իրեն օգնական է նշանակել: ՔՊ պատգամավորը պարզաբանել էր. «Իմ ամուսինը հասարակական հիմունքներով օգնական է գրանցված միայն այն պատճառով, որ ես մարզից ընտրված պատգամավոր եմ, հաճախ եմ լինում Շիրակի մարզում եւ Գյումրիում, եւ երբ տեղափոխվում եմ Երեւան, իմ ամուսինն է ինձ բերում ԱԺ: Որպեսզի շենքի դրսում չսպասի, դա իրեն հնարավորություն է տալիս մուտք գործել ԱԺ շենք եւ իմ աշխատասենյակում սպասել, մինչեւ ես աշխատանքս ավարտեմ, եւ միասին վերադառնանք մարզ կամ այլ գործի»»:
