Japan’s new sanctions on Russia hamper bilateral relations — Foreign Ministry
WorldRussia’s Foreign Ministry said in a comment published on Tuesday that Japan should realize additional sanctions on Russia hamper the full range of bilateral relations and throws them back.
“We regard Japan’s declaration on July 28 of the so-called additional sanction measures against Russia as an unfriendly and short-sighted move, based on deep misinterpretation of the real causes of the developments in Ukraine,” the document says.
The Russian Foreign Ministry also said, “It is inappropriate to link the above measures with the Malaysian plane crash in Ukraine”.
