Armenia improves position in Human Capital Report with 30 points
Out of 124 countries, Armenia is 43rd in the Human CapitalReport 2015. The World Economic Forum’s Human Capital Report has been released once every two years since 2013 when Armenia was in 73rd place out of 122 countries. Despite the change of methodology, the Report’s key component is still the human capital index, which shows how the country is developing and using human capital at the same time.
As the Economy and Values Research Center reports to “Armenpress”, the human capital index is based on three main concepts, including education, employment and demography. Based on the results of the Human Capital Report 2015, the leading five countries with the human capital index are Finland, Norway, Switzerland, Canada and Japan.
