Today "Pastark" Press Club hosted leader of the Christian-Democratic Party of Armenia Khosrov Harutyunyan. Harutyunyan says the elections were brilliant and unprecedented, but the Armenian National Congress (HAK) has appealed to the Constitutional Council to annul the election results. When asked if there weren't any grounds for that, if he hadn't seen the videos on the Internet showing how people were distributed electoral bribes, the ink running out and people being guided to the polling stations and if they were very small violations, Harutyunyan replied: "It's obvious that the shortest route for a political party that declared that it would receive 40-50% of the votes and only ended up with 7% is to appeal to the Constitutional Council, but I don't think the CC will make serious changes."
