Հունիսի 8-ին ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական գլխավոր վարչությունում ստացված օպերատիվ տվյալներն իրացնելիս և համագործակցելով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի և ոստիկանության Ավանի բաժանմունքի ծառայողների հետ՝ հայտնաբերվել է հունիսի 7-ին Ավան վարչական շրջանում նույն վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ, 45-ամյա Կարեն Ավագյանին դիտավորությամբ վրաերթի ենթարկած ու փախուստի դիմած վարորդը։ Այդ մասին հայտնում է shamshyan.com-ը:

Ոստիկանները տաք հետքերով հայտնաբերել ու ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժին են բերման ենթարկել Երևան քաղաքի Երվանդ Քոչարի փողոցի բնակիչ, 48-ամյա Արամ Մանձիկյանին, որը եղել է «Opel» մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայով։ «Opel»-ի վրա հայտնաբերվել են վնասված հատվածներ, ինչպես նաև վրաերթի ենթարկվածի մատնահետքերը։

Դեպքի փաստով ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի հետաքննչական բաժանմունքում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 112 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով և այն ուղարկվել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Ավան և Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջաններր քննչական բաժին։ Ա. Մանձիկյանը հետաքննիչի որոշմամբ ձերբակալվել է և տեղափոխվել ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ձերբակալվածների պահման վայր, ավտոմեքենան էլ տեղափոխվել է ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք։ Ըստ աղբյուրի՝ նշված ավտոմեքենան շահագործվում է որպես տաքսի։

Ավելի վաղ աղբյուրը հայտնել էր, որ հունիսի 7-ին ծայրահեղ ծանր ախտորոշմամբ Երևանի թիվ 1 համալսարանական հիվանդանոց էր տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի: Նա Երևան քաղաքի Ավան վարչական շրջանի Խուդյակովի փողոցի բնակիչ, 45-ամյա Կարեն Ավագյանն է, որը վրաերթի էր ենթարկվել սև գույնի ավտոմեքենայի վարորդի կողմից՝ Ավան վարչական շրջանի «Ավանի կինոյի» մոտ: Վարորդը, Կ. Ավագյանին թողնելով անօգնական, դիմել էր փախուստի:

Աղբյուրը ներկայացրել էր նաև տեսախցիկի կողմից արձանագրված վրաերթի պահը՝ հույս ունենալով, որ ոստիկանության Նոր Նորքի բաժնի, ոստիկանության Ավանի բաժանմունքի և Երևանի ճանապարհային ոստիկանության ծառայողները կհայտնաբերեն փախուստի դիմած վարորդին ու նրա ավտոմեքենան: Վրաերթի ենթարկվածը Ավանում հայտնի անձնավորություն է:
