Շարունակելով ներկայացնել ՔՊ-ական նախկին և ներկա մարզպետների խնամի-ծանոթ-բարեկամներին, ովքեր հարմարավետ տեղավարվել էին պետական կառավարման համակարգում` այսօր կանդրադառնանք Շիրակի  նախկին մարզպետ Կարեն Սարուխանյանին:

ՀՀ Կադաստրի կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային ստորաբաժանման պետի պաշտոնի համար այս պահին մրցույթ է հայտարարված, որին, մեր տեղեկություններով, Կարեն Սարուխանյանի բարձր հովանու ներքո մասնակցում է նաև նախկին պետ Արայիկ Առաքելյանը։ Պատգամավորը, ըստ Գյումրիում շրջանառվող տեղեկությունների, երդվել է ամեն գնով հին պաշտոնին նշանակել տալ Արայիկ Առաքելյանին, որը, լինելով կադաստրի երկարամյա աշխատակից, ամռանը չէր կարողացել հաղթահարել մրցույթի անցողիկ շեմը։ Բացի այդ, տարածված խոսակցությունների համաձայն, Կարեն Սարուխանյանն այնպես է ոգևորել Արայիկ Առաքելյանին, որ կադաստրի Շիրակի մարզային ստորաբաժանումում աշխատող նրա բարեկամներն ու ընդունած կադրերը, դեռ մրցույթը չկայացած՝ հաղթանակ են տոնում։

Մամուլի հրապարակումների համաձայն, Սարուխանյանը շատ հաճախակի է լինում Շիրազի փողոցում գտնվող «Արաքս մյուզիք հոլ»-ում, որի հարևանությամբ տեղակայված է «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» կուսակցության շտաբը։ Բանն այն է, որ «Արաքս մյուզիք հոլն» աշխատեցնում է «Ազգային արժեք ակումբ»-ի (ԱԱԱ) հիմնադիրներից մեկը՝ Վարդան Սրտաշյանը։ Այդ նույն ակումբի հետ է սերտ համագործակցում նաև Սարուխանյանի մոտ ընկերը՝ Շիրակի նախկին փոխմարզպետ, բիզնեսմեն, կահույքի սրահների ու գրավատների տեր Վարդան Գրիգորյանը, ինչպես նաև Կարեն Սարուխանյանի հորեղբոր որդին՝ Մարտուն Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակի նախկին աշխատակից, ԲՀԿ-ի համար ժամանակին ձայներ ապահոված Արմեն Սարուխանյանը։

Թեժ էր նաև Աշոցք համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրությունը: Կարեն Մանուկյանը 2018թ. նոյեմբերին հայրենիք էր վերադարձել այս անգամ ընկերոջ՝ Կարեն Սարուխանյանի կանչով եւ նշանակվել Աշոցքի համայնքապետի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար՝ չունենալով ղեկավարման համապատասխան փորձ:

Շիրակի մարզպետի երկրորդ տեղակալ էլ նշանակվել էր Վարդան Գրիգորյանը, ով նույնպես Կարեն Սարուխանյանի ընկերն է:
