Մեղրի) արտադրական գործընթացները:

Կասեցման հիմք են ծառայել սահմանված սանիտարահիգիենիկ նորմերի՝ արտադրական գործունեության հետ անհամատեղելի խախտումները: Մասնավորապես՝ սահմանազատված չեն եղել արտադրական, օժանդակ և կենցաղային սենքերը, պատերը չեն ունեցել հարթ մակերես, չեն պահվել նորոգ վիճակում, հեշտությամբ չեն մաքրվել ու ախտահանվել, սննդամթերքի պատրաստման, մշակման կամ վերամշակման համար նախատեսված կառույցները չեն ապահովել խաչաձև աղտոտումից պաշտպանությունը գործընթացների ընթացքում և դրանց միջև ընկած ժամանակահատվածում, պատուհանները չեն ունեցել միջատապաշտպան ցանցեր, չեն ձեռնարկվել համապատասխան միջոցներ կենդանիների մուտքը սննդամթերքի պատրաստման, մշակման, պահման և տեղափոխման տարածքներ կանխելու ուղղությամբ:

Զովացուցիչ ըմպելիքների արտադրամասի սննդի շղթայում ներգրավված անձնակազմը չի ունեցել հանդերձարան և ենթարկված չի եղել պարտադիր նախնական և պարբերական բժշկական զննությունների, իսկ հացի արտադրամասում չի եղել հոսող սառը և տաք ջրով ապահովված լվացարան, սանհանգույցը գտնվել է վատթարագույն վիճակում:
