«Իշխանությունը 44-օրյա պատերազմի հանգամաները քննող խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողով չի ձևավորում, որովհետև շատ լավ տեսնում է, որ ընդդիմությունը վճռական է տրամադրված և հանձնաժողովի շրջանակում օգտվելու է իր իրավունքից՝ պահանջել և ստանալ ցանկացած փաստաթուղթ, պահանջել և լսել ցանկացած պաշտոնատար անձի, տալ հարցեր, տեսաձայնագրել հարցաքննությունները», -«Կորսված հաղթանակ․ դավաճանությու՞ն, թե՞ անգրագիտություն» խորագրով համաժողովին ասաց «Հայաստան» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արթուր Ղազինյանը։

«Իշխանության հիմքերը պայթեցնող բոլոր ռումբերը այդ հանձնաժողովի տակ են գտնվում»,- հավելեց նա ու հստակեցրեց, թե ինչ կարևոր փաստաթղթեր պետք է հանձնվեն հանձնաժողովի անդամների ուսումնասիրությանը։

«Եթե ստեղծվի քննիչ հանձնաժողով, ապա մեկ քառորդի պահանջով հանձնաժողովին պետք է ներկայացնեն սեպտեմբերի 20-ից մինչև 27-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ռազմական հետախուզության բոլոր զեկուցագրերը։ Հանձնաժողովին պետք է ներկայացվի ՊՆ-ի զեկուցագիրը վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին՝ սպասվող պատերազմի մասին։ Հանձնաժողովին պետք է ներկայացվեն ԳՇ պետի կողմից այդ ընթացքում ընդունված որոշումները․ ի՞նչ է ուղարկվել, ի՞նչ հրաման է արձակվել ՀՀ ԶՈՒ-ին, այսինքն՝ բանակային կորպուսներին։ Տրվե՞լ է արդյոք համար մեկ մարտական պատրաստականություն և տրվե՞լ է արդյոք հրաման՝ ծավալել զորքը, թե՞ ոչ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։

Արթուր Ղազինյանը շեշտեց, որ զորքը ծավալելու հրամանի մասին տեղեկատվությունը ամենակարևորներից է՝ պաշտոնապես արձանագրելու համար, թե ինչ հետևանք է ունեցել այդ հրամանի առկայությունը կամ գոյություն չունենալը պատերազմի վերջնական ելքի վրա։

«Եթե ՀՀ զինված ուժերը Գլխավոր շտաբի պետի հրամանով ծավալվեին, և մենք սեպտեմբերի 27-ին թշնամուն իրապես դիմավորեինք պատրաստ վիճակում, հավաստիացնում եմ, պատերազմը կկանգներ 7-րդ օրը՝ Ադրբեջանի պարտությամբ։ Զորքը չի՛ ծավալվել, գտնվել է զորանոցում, զենքը դուրս չի՛ բերվել զինապահեստից, գտնվել է զինապահեստում, թշնամուն հայտնի են եղել ՀՕՊ համակարգի լոկացիաները»,- ասաց Արթուր Ղազինյանը։

Նա հայտարարեց նաև, որ ի թիվս այլ խնդիրների, տեղի չի ունեցել նաև ԶՈՒ-ի համալրում։

«Այսպիսի «գրագիտությամբ» դավաճանությունը պետք է մտնի համաշխարհային պատմության դասագրքերի մեջ»,- ասաց պատգամավորը։
