«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «Շաբաթ օրը` նոյեմբերի 6-ին, կայանալու է ԵՊՀ նոր ձեւավորված հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդրանիկ նիստը: Օրակարգում ներառված է 5 հարց՝ խորհրդի նախագահի եւ խորհրդի քարտուղարի ընտրություն, խորհրդի կանոնակարգի փոփոխություն, ռեկտորի նախկինում չկայացած մրցույթի չեղարկում, ռեկտորի նոր մրցույթի հայտարարում:

Սակայն մինչ նիստը ամեն ինչ արդեն որոշված է, նիստը տեղի է ունենալու, որպեսզի խորհրդի անդամներն իշխանությունների կայացրած որոշումները դակեն: Արդեն որոշված է, որ հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նախագահ պետք է ընտրվի փոխվարչապետ, ՔՊ կուսակցության վարչության նախագահ Սուրեն Պապիկյանը: Սա՝ այն դեպքում, երբ տարիներ շարունակ իշխող թիմը խոսել է բուհերի ապակուսակցականացման անհրաժեշտությունից ու կուսակցական ղեկավարներին բուհերի կառավարման խորհուրդներում ներգրավելու անթույլատրելիությունից:

Տարակուսանք է առաջացնում նաեւ ԵՊՀ ուսանողական խորհրդի լուռումունջ համաձայնությունն այս հարցերում, քանի որ ԵՊՀ ուսխորհուրդներն էլ իրենց հերթին էին մշտապես բարձրաձայնում, թե թույլ չեն տա, որ գործող իշխանությունները ԵՊՀ բերեն կուսակցական ֆունկցիոներների:

Համալսարանում լուրեր են պտտվում, որ ԵՊՀ ուսանողության հետ զբաղվող թեւը, որ սերտ կապեր ունի ՀՀԿ-ի հետ, համաձայնության է եկել ԵՊՀ ՔՊ-ական թեւի հետ, եւ շաբաթ օրը կայանալիք խորհրդի նախագահի ընտրություններն անցնելու են հարթ` առանց անակնկալների: Եվ դրա դիմաց իշխանականները կարող է ԵՊՀ ուսանողության հետ զբաղվող թեւին բաշխեն հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի քարտուղարի պաշտոնը, եթե ավելի հարմար թեկնածու չգտնեն:

Ըստ լուրերի՝ ցանկանում են նաեւ խորհրդի կանոնակարգում փոփոխություններ կատարել, մասնավորապես՝ ռեկտորի մրցույթի ժամկետները կրճատել, որպեսզի մինչեւ նոր տարի Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը դառնա ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր:

Հիշեցնենք, որ Հովհաննիսյանը 2 տարի շարունակ հերքում էր իր` ԵՊՀ ռեկտոր դառնալու հավանականությունը: Մի փոփոխություն էլ են նախատեսում. ռեկտորի համար սահմանվող պահանջներից հանվելու է պրոֆեսոր լինելու պահանջը, քանի որ Հովհաննես Հովհաննիսյանը չունի պրոֆեսորի կոչում: Եվս մի տարօրինակ նրբերանգ. առաջին անգամն է, որ ԵՊՀ-ում հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի նիստը տեղի է ունենում շաբաթ օրը»:
