Արցախի Արտակարգ իրավիճակների պետական ծառայության տնօրենի նախկին տեղակալ Բորիս Ավագյանը, որն այս պահին գտնվում է  Մոսկվայի քրեակատարողական հիմնարկներից մեկում ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրել է. 

«Ճանաչե՛ք Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի Հանրապետությունների անկախությունը՝ միաժամանակ ճանաչելով Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախությունը

Վաղվա Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հանդիպումը Ալիևի հետ ու Ռուսաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև նախապատրաստված դաշնակցային պայմանագրի ստորագրումը
դա Փաշինյանի բռնատիրական ռեժիմ հերթական կատաստրոֆիկ ձախողումն է: 

Պետք է հատուկ նշել, որ վաղվա հանդիպման ընթացքում Պուտինն ու Ալիևը, ԱՌԱՆՑ Փաշինյանի մասնակցության, քննարկելու են Ղարաբաղյան հիմնախնդրի կարգավորման հարցը. Փաշինյանի հետ Պուտինը քիչ առաջ ուղղակի հեռախոսազրույց է ունեցել: 

Ակնհայտ է, որ Հայաստանը կորցրել է պետականությունը, և միայն ֆորմալ ունի պետության կարգավիճակ: 

Եվ այս ամենը Փաշինյանի և այն խմբերի ջանքերի շնորհիվ է, ովքեր նախընտրում էին ապրել պատրանքի մեջ ու չընկալել աշխարհաքաղաքական իրավիճակի իրողությունները։

Այսօր Մոսկվայում տեղի է ունեցել Անվտանգության խորհրդի նիստ, որի ընթացքում քննարկվել է Դոնեցկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության և Լուգանսկի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության ճանաչումը. սա վառ օրինակ, թե ինչպես պետք է պաշտպանել սեփական պետության և ազգի շահերը։

2014 թվականին Ղրիմը միացվեց Ռուսաստանին, և իդեալական առիթ եղավ Հայաստանի կողմից Ղարաբաղի ճանաչման համար, և Ռուսաստանի աջակցությունը ստանալու համար անհրաժեշտ էր մեկ օրինագծով Ղրիմը ճանաչել որպես ռուսական, իսկ Արցախը՝ անկախ: 

Արցախյան երկրորդ պատերազմի ավարտից հետո անցել է մեկուկես տարի և կրկին ոչինչ չի արվել, ԲԱՅՑ երկրորդ հնարավորություն է տրվում. Ռուսաստանը ճանաչում է Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի Հանրապետությունները, և Հայաստանը պետք է օգտվի այս պահից գոնե հիմա։

Եթե ​​Ռուսաստանը ճանաչում է դրանք, ապա Հայաստանը պետք է մեկ օրինագծով ճանաչի Դոնեցկի և Լուգանսկի Հանրապետություններն ու Արցախի Հանրապետությունը։

Վաղ առավոտյան հրատապ կարգով այս օրինագիծը պետք է բերվի Հայաստանի խորհրդարանի օրակարգ՝ Պուտինի և Ալիևի հանդիպման նախօրեին»։
