Այսօր՝ հուլիսի 10-ին, խոշոր ավտովթար է տեղի ունեցել Երևանում:   Ժամը 16:40-ի սահմաններում, Jeep մակնիշի ավտոմեքենան, Դավիթ-Բեկի փողոցում, դեռևս անհայտ հանգամանքներում, դուրս է եկել ճանապարհի երթևեկելի գոտուց, բախվել բազալտե եզրաքարին, առաջ ընթացել և կողաշրջված վիճակում հայտնվել Թոխմախի գերեզմանների տարածքում:   Ինչպես դեպքի վայրից հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով 1 հոգի, ում առաջինը օգնության են հասել քաղաքացիներն ու օպերատիվորեն ժամանած շտապօգնության բժիշկների հերթապահ խումբը, նախ տեղում առաջին բուժօգնությունն է ստացել, ապա տեղափոխվել «Էրեբունի» բժշկական կենտրոն:   Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել է Արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության փրկարար ծառայության Երևանի հրշեջ-փրկարարական ջոկատից 1 մարտական հաշվարկ:   Ժամանել են նաև ՀՀ ոստիկանության Պարեկային ծառայության Երևանի գնդի 2-րդ գումարտակի 1-ին վաշտի պարեկները: 

Պարեկային ծառայությունն ու քննչական բաժինը պարզում են վարորդի և վիրավորի ինքնությունը:
