«Հանրապետություն» կուսակցության ղեկավար Արամ Սարգսյանը «Ռիսկի չգնալը ավելի մեծ ռիսկ է» խորգրով գրառում է արել ֆեյսբուքյան էջում․

«ԱՄՆ-ը ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի նոր նախագահող է նշանակում նախկին փոխպետքարտուղարին։

ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի եռանախագահողները հեռախոսազրույց են ունենում Փաշինյան-Ալիև բրյուսելյան հանդիպումից առաջ և հաստատում իրենց պատրաստակամությունը ԼՂ խնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման առումով։

ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի դեսպանները մերժում են Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ հրավերը այցելել Շուշի։ ԱՄՆ-ը հանդես է գալիս Արցախի կարգավիճակի հարցի լուծման մոտեցումով և կարևորում արցախայության տեսակետ հայտնելու իրավունքը։

ՌԴ-ն և Ադրբեջանը համարում են կարգավիճակի հարցը լուծված, ու դա հստակ արտահայտում են Մոսկվայում եռակողմ հանդիպումներից հետո մամուլի ասուլիսներում և Պուտինի հարցազրույցներում ԼՂ պատկանելության մասով։

Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ դեսպանը սիրով ընդունում է հրավերը և այցելում Շուշի։

Սրանք փաստեր են և քննարկման թեմա չեն, բայց այս փաստերը հնարավորություն են տալիս եզրակացնելու, որ Բրյուսելում հանդիպման ժամանակ խնդիրը լինելու է կարգավիճակի և վերջնական կարգավորման շուրջ, որին փորձելու է հակադրվել Ալիևը, և բրյուսելյան հանդիպմանը ի հակադրություն՝ փորձվելու է կազմակերպել մոսկովյան հանդիպում, որում փորձելու են ճնշել Հայաստանին։

Լուծումը՝ հնարավոր տարբերակներով, դուրս գալ ռուս-թուրքական պայմանավորվածությունների շրջանակից։ Արևմտյան քաղաքական, ռազմական և տնտեսական ազդեցությունը մեծացնելու նպատակով դուրս գալ ՀԱՊԿ-ից, որովհետև ՌԴ-ն, միևնույն է, մեզ զենք չի վաճառում, ՀՀ անվտանգության ապահովման պարտավորությունները ՀԱՊԿ-ը չի կատարում, բայց ՀԱՊԿ-ում լինելը խանգարում է մեզ ավելի լուրջ ռազմական օգնություն տրամադրելուն, որ ուղիղ հայտարարել են թե ԱՄՆ-ի, թե Ֆրանսիայի դիվանագիտական ծառայությունները։ Ուսումնասիրելով ԱՄՆ-ի և Ֆրանսիայի ռազմական աջակցության ցուցանիշները բարեկամ երկրներին, կարելի է համոզվել, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ից ազատվելու պարագայում արևմտյան ռազմական օգնությունը Հայաստանի համար տարեկան կարող է լինել 350-400 միլիոն դոլարի սահմաններում, և՝ ժամանակակից սպառազինությամբ։

Հավելեք՝ ժամանակակից պատերազմաների մարտավարության ու ռազմավարության ուսուցումը: Համոզված եմ, որ մեկ տարվա գումարով նման սպառազինությունը բավարար է, որ Բաքուն և Մոսկվան փոխեն իրենց տոնը՝ զսպելով ախորժակները։

Հ. Գ. Գիտեմ, որ առաջարկս ռիսկային է, բայց ամեն ինչ նույնը թողնելը վերջանալու է Արցախի կորստով, ՀՀ սահմանների ի վնաս մեզ, ռուսական քարտեզներով վերաձևմամբ և ՀՀ սուվերենության կորստով»։
