Արցախը ներքին վերադասավորումների և փոփոխությունների շեմին է, ինչն առաջին հերթին պայմանավորված է պետնախարարի՝ լիազորությունների առումով՝ նոր վարչապետի նշանակմամբ, գրել է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը։ 

«Արդյո՞ք պետնախարարի նշանակմամբ փաստացի նաև ամբողջական իշխանափոխություն է աստիճանաբար արվում, դեռ վաղ է խոսել, սակայն, այն, որ Արցախում ամենավերևից քաղաքական, կադրային, մտածողության, մշակույթի, գաղափարական փոփոխության անհրաժեշտություն կա՝ ակնհայտ է։

Դեռ պարզ չէ, թե որոնք կդառնան կառավարության նոր առաջնահերթությունները, ինչքանով դրանք կյանքի կկոչվեն կամ Արցախում որակյալ փոփոխությունների կհանգեցնեն, բայց պետք է արձանագրել, որ Արցախի ճակատագիրն ի թիվս մեծ թվով այլ գործոնների, շատ բանով կախված է Արցախում եղած պոտենցյալի լիարժեք իրացումից և արդյունավետ կառավարման համակարգից։

Արցախում պետք է արմատական փոփոխությունների գնալ՝ դրանք մի կողմից պետք է սահուն լինեն, մյուս կողմից՝ շատ արագ՝ ժամանակը շատ քիչ է։

Արցախում առկա այս իրավիճակն ու Հայաստանում հանձնողների՝ իշխանության ղեկին լինելը, շարունակ նվազեցնում են Հայաստանի ու Արցախի դիմադրության ու պայքարի պոտենցյալը։

Չնայած ստեղծված բարդ իրադրությանը, շարունակում եմ պնդել՝ բեկում մտցնելու հնարավորություն դեռ ունենք», - գրել է նա։
