«Հրապարակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՌԴ նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի՝ Հայաստան այցին ընդառաջ վերջին օրերին իշխանական լրատվամիջոցները, բառի բուն իմաստով, տեռոր են կազմակերպել` իշխանական, մերձիշխանական շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչների կարծիքներն են հրապարակում առ այն, որ ՀԱՊԿ-ն չի կատարել Հայաստանի նկատմամբ ունեցած պարտավորությունները եւ սեպտեմբերի 13-ին ռազմական եւ այլ աջակցություն չի ցուցաբերել։ Զուգահեռ՝ արեւմտամետի քողի տակ ծվարած իշխանության հաճախորդներն են հայտարարություններ անում հակապուտինյան ցույցերի մասին՝ հույս ունենալով, որ այսօր Երեւանում սպասվող ՀԱՊԿ հավաքական անվտանգության խորհրդի հերթական նիստից կկորզեն Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ դրական որոշում։

Հիշեցնենք․ ՀԱՊԿ նիստում այսօր պետք է քննարկվի արդեն 2 ամսից ավելի Երեւանից ստացված դիմումի ճակատագիրը՝ Հայաստանին համատեղ օժանդակություն ցուցաբերելու հարցով։ Մինչդեռ, դատելով ռուս բարձրաստիճանների հայտարարություններից, հայկական ակնկալիքները չեն արդարանա։

«Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի հակամարտությունը, իմ կարծիքով, չի մտնում ՀԱՊԿ իրավասության մեջ, անդամ երկրներից յուրաքանչյուրն ինքնուրույն է որոշում իր վերաբերմունքը դրան»,- նիստի նախօրեին Аргументы и факты-ի հետ զրույցում հայտարարել է ՌԴ Դաշնային խորհրդի փոխխոսնակ Կոնստանտին Կոսաչովը՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե կարո՞ղ են արդյոք ՀԱՊԿ-ն ու Ռուսաստանն Ադրբեջանի հետ հակամարտության հարցում Հայաստանին ավելի եռանդուն՝ նախեւառաջ ռազմական օգնություն տրամադրել։ Իսկ ՀԱՊԿ կանոնադրությո՞ւնն ինչ է ասում նման դեպքերի մասով. ռուսաստանցի պաշտոնյան հարկ չի համարել անդրադառնալ»:
