«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Իշխող քաղաքական թիմի համար, փաստորեն, անգամ շտապօգնության մեքենաների նվերը կարող է իրական տոնի վերածվել: Երեկ առողջապահության նախարարությունը տեղեկացրեց, որ Ճապոնիան Հայաստանին շտապօգնության 39 ավտոմեքենա է նվիրել: Առանձնահատուկ որեւէ բան չունեցող այս ինֆորմացիան ու իրադարձությունն անձամբ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ մեքենաները դիմավորելու «ավետիսով» մատուցվեց:

Աշխարհի բոլոր երկրների համապատասխան գերատեսչությունները վաղուց ի վեր արագագնաց ու բժշկական սարքավորումներով համալրված ավտոմեքենաներ ունեն, իսկ մեր երկրի ղեկավարությունը փոքր երեխայի՝ նոր խաղալիք ձեռք բերելու պես ուրախանում ու գլուխ է գովում, թե տեսեք՝ մեզ մեքենա են նվիրել:

Քիչ չէ, որ առողջապահության նախարարությունը մեքենա ձեռք բերելու սովորական գործընթացը փորձել էր անհարկի ու էժան PR-ի վերածել: ճերմակ խալաթ հագած աշխատակիցներին ցուրտ եղանակին դուրս էին հանել՝ «պատվելու» վարչապետ Փաշինյանին: Իսկ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն այնպիսի խորազննին ու մուրադական հայացքով էր ուսումնասիրում ճապոնական մեքենաները, որ թվում էր՝ ռեանիմոբիլների նեղ մասնագետ է:

Առհասարակ, անհասկանալի էր միջոցառմանը Երեւանի փոխքաղաքապետ Տիգրան Ավինյանի ներկայությունն ու առավել քան նրա՝ շտապօգնության մեքենայի ղեկին նստելը. որքանով տեղյակ ենք՝ նա ո՛չ առողջապահական ոլորտի մասնագետ է, ո՛չ քաղաքապետարանում այդ ոլորտի համակարգողը, ո՛չ էլ, առավել եւս, շտապօգնության մեքենա վարելու գծով մասնագիտացած վարորդ:

Շտապօգնության մեքենաների PR-ով տարված ու մեքենաներն անձամբ դիմավորող առողջապահության նախարար Անահիտ Ավանեսյանին, վարչապետ Փաշինյանին, երբեմնի փոխվարչապետ Ավինյանին ու պատգամավոր Արսեն Թորոսյանին ընդամենը հիշեցնենք, որ հենց իրենց կառավարման օրոք է, որ պատերազմների ժամանակ ռազմաճակատ շարքային քաղաքացիներն էին տարրական բինտ ու բամբակ ուղարկում, կորոնավիրուսի բուժումը վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն էր անլրջացնում ու ասում, թե դա հնարավոր է «տնական օղիով ախտահանել», միջոցառմանը ներկա, նախկին նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանն էր կորոնավիրուսը ոչ վտանգավոր վիրուս համարում, եւ ունեցանք մեծ թվով զոհեր…

Տիկին նախարարուհուն հիշեցնենք նաեւ, որ առ այս պահը հանրապետության տարբեր դիահերձարաններում շարունակում են անթաղ դիակներ մնալ, քանի որ մարդիկ չեն վստահում իր ղեկավարած կառույցների կողմից իրականացված ԴՆԹ հետազոտություններին ու իրենց ներկայացվող արդյունքներին: Էլ չասենք Աբովյանի դիահերձարանում գետնին նետված դիակների խայտառակ թեման…»:
