2022 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 12-ից բնապահպանական կեղծ պատճառաբանությամբ Ադրբեջանն առ այսօր փակ է պահում Ստեփանակերտ-Գորիս միջպետական մայրուղին։

Արցախն աշխարհին կապող կյանքի ճանապարհի փակ լինելու, գազամատակարարման բացակայության և էլեկտրաէներգիայի հաճախակի տատանումների պատճառով, Արցախում անցել են հին ավանդական ջեռուցման համակարգին: Բնակարանների մեծ մասում տեղադրվել են վառաններ: Հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսանկյունից, այն ռիսկային է, եթե չպահպանվի անվտանգության կանոնները, հայտնում է ԱՀ ՆԳՆ-ն։

Ադրբեջանի չդադարող ագրեսիվ գործողությունների պայմաններում, հումանիտար խնդիրներին հաճախ ավելանում է նաև արտակարգ պատահարները: ԱԻ ծառայությունը հիշեցնում է. Հրդեհային անվտանգության նորմատիվ փաստաթղթերի պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող մետաղյա վառարանների տեղադրում չի թույլատրվում:

Վառարաններից մինչև գույքը և այլ սարքավորումներն ընկած հեռավորությունը պետք է լինի 0.7 մետրից ոչ պակաս, իսկ ծխատար խողովակի բարձրությունը պետք է լինի շինության տանիքից ոչ պակաս քան 0.5 մ, ինչպես նաև 2 մ բարձր, 10 մ շառավղով առկա ամենաբարձր շենքի տանիքից:

Փայտով ջեռուցվող վառարանի տակ պարտադիր է տեղադրել 50-ով 40 սմ մետաղյա թիթեղ: Արգելվում է դյուրավառ վառելիքով վառել փայտով ջեռուցվող վառարանը:

Ծառայությունը միաժամանակ հորդորում է Էլեկտրաջեռուցման, փայտե վառարանների կամ այլընտրանքային՝ գազի բալոնների օգտագործաման ժամանակ խստիվ պահպանել հրդեհային անվտանգության կանոնները:

Պետական հրդեհային և տեխնիկական անվտանգության տեսչությունը հետևողական աշխատանք կիրականացնի անվտանգության կանոնների պահպանման ուղղությամբ:
