ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ, անկուսակցական Թագուհի Թովմասյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․

«Բրյուսել կատարած այցի շրջանակներում ՀՀ ԱԺ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանության և հանրային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի աշխատակազմով հանդիպեցի Եվրոպական արտաքին գործողությունների ծառայության բաժնի ղեկավար Դորոտա Դլուչի-Սուլիգայի և նրա աշխատակազմի հետ։ Խոսեցի Հայաստանի և Արցախի անվտանգային խնդիրների, Ադրբեջանի կողմից միջազգային մարդասիրական իրավունքի կոպտագույն խախտումների, սահմանամերձ համայնքների բնակիչների անվտանգային մարտահրավերների մասին։

Պատմեցի, որ Սոթքի հանքավայրի 800 աշխատակիցներ զրկված են աշխատանքի գնալու հնարավորությունից, քանի որ 1 շաբաթից ավել ազերիները կրակում են ու թույլ չեն տալիս մարդկանց գնալ իրենց աշխատանքին: Նշեցի, որ չնայած միջազգային հանրության բոլոր ջանքերին և ԵՄ դիտորդական առաքելությանը՝ հասնել խաղաղության Կովկասյան տարածաշրջանում՝ Ադրբեջանը շարունակում է ՀՀ ինքնիշխան տարածքների օկուպացիան, գրեթե ամեն օր կրակում է հայկական դիրքերի, ՀՀ սահմանամերձ բնակավայրերի ուղղությամբ, իրականացնում դիվերսիոն գործողություններ, որոնց հետևանքով, ցավոք, ունենք զոհեր և վիրավորներ։

Խոսեցի Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի լիակատար շրջափակման հետևանքով արդեն 4 ամիս ծանրագույն պայմաններում հայտնված 120000 Արցախի մեր հայրենակիցների խնդիրներից, ովքեր զրկված են կյանքի, ազատ տեղաշարժի, իրենց առողջության, կրթության իրավունքներից, որոնք երաշխավորված են միջազգային մի շարք կոնվենցիաներով և փաստաթղթերով։ Ընդգծեցի, որ արցախահայության ինքնորոշման իրավունքի միջազգային ճանաչումն այս իրավիճակում դարձել է հրատապ անհրաժեշտություն, որը հնարավորություն կտա փրկել շրջափակման մեջ հայտնված 120000 մարդու կյանք։

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով իմ նամակներին արձագանքելու համար՝ նշեցի, որ մեր այցն անհրաժեշտ խթան էր համագործակցության ընդլայնման առումով։ Տիկին Դորոտա Դլուչի-Սուլիգան իր հերթին հայտնեց իր պատրաստակամությունը շարունակական համագործակցության, և նշեց, որ Եվրոպական խորհրդարանը Հայաստանի հետ ունի կարևոր օրակարգ»:
