Սիմոնյանը կարծում է, որ «միջուկային վերջնագիրը» կդառնա ուկրաինական ռազմական հակամարտության կարգավորման բանալին, և «հնարավոր կլինի վերադառնալ 1993 թ.»։

«Նրանք չեն հանձնվի, քանի դեռ շատ ցավ չեն ապրել», - եզրափակել է լրագրողը։
