Հեռահաղորդակցության ոլորտում Հայաստանի զարգացման նոր հնարավորություններից մեկը Սև ծովի հատակով Եվրոպայից ինտերնետային նոր կապուղու կառուցումն է։ Փորձելով հաղթահարել աշխարհաքաղաքական ոչ նպաստավոր գործընթացները՝ պետությունը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում այս ծրագիրը հաջողելու համար։ Ինտերնետ կառավարման հայաստանյան համաժողովում (ArmIGF2023) ասել է բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարար Ռոբերտ Խաչատրյանը։

ԻԿ հայաստանյան 8-րդ համաժողովը, որը կազմակերպել էին  «Ինտերնետ հանրություն» և «Ինտերնետ հասարակության Հայաստան հատված» ՀԿ-ները՝ ՀՀ բարձր տեխնոլոգիական արդյունաբերության նախարարության հետ համագործակցությամբ, համախմբել էր ոլորտի պետական և ոչ պետական կազմակերպությունների ներկայացուցիչների: Քննարկման առանցքային թեմաներից մեկը թվային Հայաստանի ներկան և ապագան էր, ընթացքն ու մարտահրավերները։

Ըստ նախարարի՝ ոլորտում ներդրումներ անելու հիմք է հանդիսանում շարունակաբար համալրվող բարձրորակ մասնագիտական ռեսուրսը, սակայն արտադրական ցիկլերի կազմակերպման հարցում դեռևս անելիքներ կան։

«Ձգտում ենք չիպերի արտադրության քարտեզում մեր տեղը գտնել»,- ասել է նախարարը։  

Հայաստանի թվայնացման գործընթացի տեմպերից համաժողովին ներկա պաշտոնյաներից որևէ մեկը, այդ թվում՝ ԱԺ փոխնախագահ Հակոբ Արշակյանը, գոհունակություն չհայտնեց, միաժամանակ նշելով, որ առաջնային են համարում որակը։ Հաջորդ տարի նախատեսում են ավարտել անձի էլեկտրոնային նույնականացման գործընթացը և ներդնել «Ես եմ» հավելվածը, ինչը թվայնացման համակարգերի ավելի անվտանգ հիմք կդառնա։

Ոլորտի բրենդային մի քանի տասնյակ կազմակերպություններ ներկայացված են Հայաստանում, և մեծ է նրանց հետաքրքրությունը մեր երկրի մասնագիտական կադրերի նկատմամբ։ Չնայած դրան, թափուր աշխատատեղերի թիվը հասնում է հազարների, ինչը նշանակում է, որ այստեղ ևս լուրջ անելիք ունենք։  

«Լայնաշերտ ինտերնետ ապահովելով բոլոր բնակավայրերում, հեռավոր մարզերում՝ ձգտում ենք համացանցի կրթական անսահման հնարավորությունները հասանելի դարձնել բոլորին։ Մեր ռեզերվը մարզերում է»,- հայտարարել է «Ինտերնետ հանրություն» ՀԿ խորհրդի նախագահ Իգոր Մկրտումյանը։
