Նախագծերի փաթեթով առաջարկվում է կազմակերպությունների համար նախատեսել պատասխանատվություն՝ ռազմավարական պաշարների պահուստի անվանացանկում ներառված ապրանքների վերաբերյալ Կառավարության սահմանած ձեւի հաշվետվությունները ռազմավարական պաշարների պահուստի նյութական արժեքների կուտակում եւ պահպանում իրականացնող կազմակերպությունների կողմից նյութական պահուստի պահպանման եւ սպասարկման ոլորտի լիազոր մարմնին սահմանված ժամկետներում կամ կարգով չներկայացնելու դեպքում:

ԱԺ պաշտպանության եւ անվտանգության հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովն Անդրանիկ Քոչարյանի նախագահությամբ նոյեմբերի 6-ի հերթական նիստում երկրորդ ընթերցմամբ քննարկել է «Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսգրքում լրացումներ եւ փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին» եւ ««Նյութական պահուստի մասին» օրենքում լրացումներ կատարելու մասին» նախագծերի փաթեթը:

Հիշեցնենք, որ մշտական հանձնաժողովի նիստում հարցի քննարկումը հետաձգվել էր մինչեւ երկու ամիս ժամկետով:

Հիմնական զեկուցող, ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարարի տեղակալ Դավիթ Համբարյանը նշել է, որ առաջին ընթերցումից հետո օրենսդրական փաթեթում կատարվել են բովանդակային եւ տեխնիկական բնույթի փոփոխություններ, որոնց արդյունքում նախագծերի փաթեթը հիմնովին լրամշակվել է: Ըստ այդմ՝ Կառավարությունն առաջարկել է նախագծի ամբողջ տեքստում «բժշկական նշանակության գույք» բառերը փոխարինել «բժշկական արտադրատեսակ» բառերով՝ «Բնակչության բժշկական օգնության եւ սպասարկման մասին» օրենքում կիրառվող հասկացություններին համապատասխանեցնելու նպատակով:

Քննարկման արդյունքում նախագծերի փաթեթը ստացել է դրական եզրակացություն:
