Եվրոպական Միության «Թայեքս» (TAIEX) ծրագրի շրջանակներում Հայաստանի հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունն այցելել է Իտալիա:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք  ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, այցի շրջանակներում հանդիպումներ են անցկացվել Իտալիայի ֆինանսական գվարդիայի, Կարաբինիերների գլխավոր հրամանատարության և նրանց հատուկ օպերատիվ խմբավորման,  ոստիկանական ուժերի պլանավորման և կոորդինացման գրասենյակի, մաֆիայի դեմ պայքարի քննչական ստորաբաժանման ղեկավար կազմերի հետ: Հանդիպումների ընթացքում ուսումնասիրվել են հիշյալ կառույցների` կոռուպցիայի և կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի առաջադեմ փորձն ու վերջիններիս գործունեության ընթացքում ժամանակակից նորագույն տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների կիրառման մեխանիզմները: Անդրադարձ է կատարվել նաև օպերատիվ-հետախուզական աշխատանքների իրականացման հարցերին: Կարաբինիերների գլխավոր հրամանատարության և Ֆինանսական գվարդիայի հետ պայմանավորվածություններ են ձեռք բերվել հիշյալ կառույցներում ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի օպերատիվ ծառայողների վերապատրաստման կազմակերպման հարցերի շուրջ:

Հանդիպումների ընթացքում ներկայացվել է նաև հայկական փորձը և կարևորվել միջազգային համագործակցությունը կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում: Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի նախագահ Սասուն Խաչատրյանն ընդգծել է կոռուպցիայի դեմ համախմբված պայքարի անհրաժեշտությունը, քանի որ այսօր դա ոչ միայն առանձին պետությունների խնդիր է, այլև անդրազգային երևույթ, ինչն էլ ավելի կարևոր է դարձնում դրա կանխարգելմանն ու վերահսկմանն ուղղված միջազգային ակտիվ համագործակցությունն ու համալիր աշխատանքների իրականացումը:

Հանդիպումներին ներկա է եղել նաև Իտալիայի Հանրապետությունում ՀՀ արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ծովինար Համբարձումյանը:

Այցի ընթացքում Իտալիայի Հանրապետության ֆինանսական գվարդիայի և Հայաստանի հանրապետության հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեի միջև կնքվել է փոխըմբռնման հուշագիր համագործակցության վերաբերյալ:

Հայաստանյան պատվիրակությունը կարևորել է այցի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված փորձն ու գիտելիքները և հույս հայտնել, որ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ոլորտում երկու երկրների համագործակցությունն առաջիկայում էլ ավելի կընդլայնվի և շարունակական բնույթ կկրի: Իտալիայի իրավապահ կառույցների ներկայացուցիչները, իրենց հերթին, պատրաստակամություն են հայտնել նպաստել հայկական կողմի հետ գործընկերային հարաբերությունների զարգացմանն ու այդ շրջանակներում փորձի փոխանակման ու մասնագիտական վերապատրաստման հարցերի շուրջ կոնկրետ ծրագրերի իրագործմանը:
