«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է. Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանի նկատմամբ հայտարարագրվող տվյալները «Հայտարարատու պաշտոնատար անձի 2019 թվականի գույքի, եկամուտների եւ շահերի» հայտարարագրում չներկայացնելու փաստի առթիվ 2021 թվականի մարտի 1-ին վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ վարույթ է ընդունվել։

 

Վարույթի համաձայն՝ 2019 թվականին, երբ Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը դեռ ԱԺ պատգամավոր էր, 2019 թվականի հայտարարագրում չի ներկայացրել հայտարարագրման ենթակա տվյալներ։

 

ՀՀ կենտրոնական բանկի եւ Կոռուպցիայի կանխարգելման հանձնաժողովի միջեւ տեղեկությունների փոխանցման ձեւաչափերի հաստատմանը համապատասխան՝ ստացվել է Հակոբ Սիմիդյանի բանկային հաշիվների մնացորդների վերաբերյալ տվյալներ, համաձայն որոնց՝ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 1-ի դրությամբ նրա բանկային հաշիվների մնացորդները կազմել են ընդհանուր 488.806.5 ՀՀ դրամ, իսկ 2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ՝ 1.054.723.1 ՀՀ դրամ։

Խախտումների վերաբերյալ 2021 թվականի մարտի 1-ին Հակոբ Սիմիդյանի մասնակցությամբ կազմվել է վարչական իրավախախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն։

Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը փորձել է բացատրել, թե որն է դրամական միջոցները թաքցնելու պատճառը։ Սիմիդյանը նշել է, որ նպատակ չի ունեցել թաքցնել իր դրամական միջոցները, այլ անզգուշության հետեւանքով հայտարարագրում չի նշել իր հաշիվներում կուտակված միջոցների մասին։ Նշել է նաեւ, որ այդ հաշիվներով ստացել է իր աշխատավարձը։

Գործի քննության ընթացքում հանձնաժողովը արձանագրել է, որ Հակոբ Սիմիդյանի կողմից 2019 թվականի տարեկան հայտարարագրում անզգուշությամբ ոչ ամբողջական տվյալների ներկայացված լինելու առնչությամբ հաստատված խախտումը հանդիսանում է Վարչական իրավախախտումների վերաբերյալ ՀՀ օրենսգրքի 169.28-րդ հոդվածի 5-րդ մասով սահմանված զանցանք։

Արդյունքում որոշվել է «Հայտարարատու պաշտոնատար անձի 2019 թվականի գույքի, եկամուտների եւ շահերի» հայտարարագրում անզգուշությամբ ոչ ամբողջական տվյալներ ներկայացնելու համար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանի նկատմամբ կիրառել վարչական տույժ՝ սահմանված նվազագույն աշխատավարձի երկուհարյուրապատիկի՝ 200 հազար դրամի չափով։

Հայտարարագրի համապատասխան բաժնում ուղղումներ անելու համար Սիմիդյանին տրամադրվել է 7 օր»:
