ՀՀԿ ԳՄ անդամ Էդուարդ Շարմազանաովը գրում է․ «Սերժի ժամանակ չգիտակցեցինք մեր հաղթանակած լինելը, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ չենք գիտակցում պետականության կորստի վտանգը։

Սերժի ժամանակ Ալիեւին ճնշում էին ճանաչել Արցախի անկախությունը, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ՝ Ալիեւը գրավել է Արցախը։

Սերժը ՄԱԿ-ի ամբիոնից «գրողի ծոցն» էր ուղարկում Թուրքիայի պահանջները, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ Հայաստանը դառնում է թուրքական վիլայեթ։

Սերժի ժամանակ ՀԱՊԿ-ն ճանաչում էր Արցախի ինքնորոշման իրավունքը, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ՝ քաղաքական գնահատական չի էլ տալիս։

Սերժի ժամանակ հիմք դրվեց ընդդեմ թուրքական ժխտողականության պայքարին, իսկ Նիկոլը հրաժարվեց Արարատից։

Սերժի ժամանակ Ադրբեջանն էր «լացում» իր տարածքի 20 տոկոսի կորստից, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ ՀՀ 200 քառ.կմ օկուպացված է։

Սերժի ժամանակ անվտանգությունն ու ազգային արժեքներն էին առաջնային, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ՝ ադրբեջանական գազն ու թուրքական շաուրման։

Սերժի ժամանակ Հայաստանից էին գնում Արցախ նոր տարի նշելու, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ՝ 120.000 արցախցի ամանորը նշելու է անտուն ու անհայրենիք։

Սերժի ժամանակ չէինք գիտակցում մեր երջանիկ ազգ լինելը, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ՝ չենք գիտակցում համազգային ողբերգությունը։

Սերժի ժամանակ Ազատ Արցախ ու Անկախ Հայաստան ունեինք, իսկ Նիկոլի ժամանակ՝ կորցրած Արցախ ու Հայաստանի ադրբեջանացման վտանգ։

Ասել ու կասեմ միշտ. 1991-2018թթ. ՀՀ Ոսկեդարն էր, որը չգնահատեցինք… երեւի դրա համար էլ պատժվեցինք ազգովի»։
