Դեկտեմբերի 21-ին ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզպետ Կոլյա Միքաելյանը ընդունեց Հայաստանում Բելառուսի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ն. Գ. Ալեքսանդր Կոնյուկի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այցի նպատակն է քննարկել հայ-բելառուսական համագործակցության հեռանկարները ու հնարավորությունները, ինչպես նաև «Ռաֆէլգրիգ» ՓԲԸ-ի և «Մոգիլյովլիֆտմաշ» ԲԲԸ-ի միջև վերելակային սարքավորումների համատեղ արտադրության խնդիրները, հայտնում են մարզպետարանի մամուլի ծառայությունից։ 

ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզպետի աշխատակազմում երկու կողմերը խոսեցին հայ և բելառուս ժողովուրդների բարեկամության, տարբեր ոլորտներում ձևավորված հարաբերությունների ամրապնդման և զարգացման ուղղությունների, համագործակցության ընդլայնման հնարավորությունների, տարածաշրջանների միջև տնտեսական, մշակութային, զբոսաշրջային ներուժի հիման վրա համատեղ ծրագրերի իրականացման մասին:

Բարձր գնահատելով փոխադարձ հարգանքի, վստահության և ընդհանուր արժեքների վրա հիմնված հարաբերությունները՝ կողմերը վստահություն հայտնեցին, որ անհրաժեշտ է ամրապնդել փոխգործակցային կապերը, դրանք համալրել նոր նախաձեռնություններով:

Նշվեց, որ արդեն կան հեռանկարային համագործակցության հիմքեր. Եղեգնաձոր քաղաքում գործող «Ռաֆէլգրիգ» ՓԲԸ-ի և Մոգիլյով մարզում գործող «Մոգիլյովլիֆտմաշ» ԲԲԸ-ի միջև ձեռք է բերվել համաձայնություն վերելակային սարքավորումների համատեղ արտադրության շուրջ:

Այնուհետև ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզպետ Կոլյա Միքաելյանը, Հայաստանում Բելառուսի Հանրապետության լիազոր և արտակարգ դեսպան Ն. Գ. Ալեքսանդր Կոնյուկը, պատվիրակության մյուս անդամներն այցելեցին «Ռաֆէլգրիգ» ՓԲԸ:

Ընկերության ղեկավարությունը հանդիսավոր կերպով ընդունեց բարձրաստիճան հյուրերին, ովքեր տեղում ծանոթացան ընկերության աշխատանքին, հնարավորություններին, ապա ստորագրեցին համագործակցության պայմանագիր:

Կողմերը հույս հայտնեցին, որ նմանատիպ նախաձեռնությունները նոր խթան կհանդիսանան համագործակցային կապերի ընդլայնման առումով՝ ի շահ երկու ժողովուրդների բարեկամության և տարածաշրջանային կապերի ամրապնդման ու զարգացման:
