В России обвинили главу ГУР Украины в причастности к 104 терактам

Российские следователи обвиняют начальника Главного управления разведки (ГУР) Минобороны Украины Кирилла Буданова в причастности к 104 террористическим актам. Об этом ТАСС сообщили в пресс-службе Басманного суда Москвы, который во второй раз заочно арестовал главу украинской разведки. "Постановлением Басманного районного суда города Москвы в отношении Буданова Кирилла Алексеевича избрана мера пресечения в виде заключения под стражу на срок два месяца. Срок исчисляется с момента его экстрадиции на территорию Российской Федерации либо с момента его задержания на территории Российской Федерации. Буданов К. А. обвиняется в совершении 104 преступлений, предусмотренных пп. "а", "в" ч. 2 ст. 205 УК РФ (террористический акт, совершенный группой лиц и повлекший тяжкие последствия)", - сказали в пресс-службе суда.

Как сообщили ТАСС в правоохранительных органах, дела, возбужденные в отношении Буданова, расследует СК РФ. "Сотрудники ведомства считают главу ГУР причастным к обстрелам, подрывам транспортных средств, а также к атакам с использованием беспилотников, которые были совершены с момента начала СВО на территориях Москвы, Севастополя, в Белгородской, Брянской, Воронежской Калужской, Курской, Московской, Орловской, Псковской, Ростовской, Рязанской, Смоленской, Тверской, Тульской областях, а также в Адыгее, в Крыму и в Краснодарском крае", - сказал собеседник агентства.

В апреле 2023 года Лефортовский суд Москвы также заочно арестовал Буданова. Это было связано с обвинениями по ч. 1 ст. 205.4 (организация террористического сообщества), ч. 1 ст. 30 и п. "а" ч. 2 ст. 205 (террористический акт), ч. 3 ст. 222, ч. 3 ст. 222.1 УК РФ (незаконные операции со взрывчатыми веществами). Повторный заочный арест носит формальный характер.
