ՀՀ ԳԱԱ «Փորձաքննությունների ազգային բյուրո» ՊՈԱԿ-ի ղեկավար Արգամ Հովսեփյանը և ՌԴ գիտությունների ակադեմիայի Ա. Ն. Ֆրումկինի անվան Ֆիզիկաքիմիայի և էլեկտրաքիմիայի ինստիտուտի տնօրեն, քիմիական գիտությունների դոկտոր, պրոֆեսոր Ալեքսեյ Բուրյակը ստորագրել են համագործակցության պայմանագիր՝ քրեաբանության, դատաքիմիական և քիմիկոթունաբանական փորձագիտական բնագավառներում  փոխադարձ կապերի հաստատման, փոխշահավետ համագործակցության ծավալման նպատակով։

Կողմերն ընդգծել են դատաքիմիական և քիմիկոթունաբանական փորձաքննությունների բնագավառներում ժամանակակից վերլուծական մեթոդների և միջոցների արդյունավետ կիրառման, ոլորտի զարգացմանն ուղղված համատեղ գիտագործնական աշխատանքների իրականացման, բարձր որակավորում ունեցող փորձագետների պատրաստման, համատեղ գիտագործնական մոջոցառումների անցկացման կարևորությունը։

Նախանշվել են փոխգործակցության շրջանակներում իրականացվելիք աշխատանքների հեռանկարները՝   դատաքիմիական, քիմիկոթունաբանական փորձաքննությունների ժամանակակից մեթոդների՝ այդ թվում քրոմատոսսպեկտրոմետրիկ հետազոտությունների բնագավառում մեթոդական աջակցում, համատեղ գիտական հետազոտությունների կատարում, մշակված մեթոդների և մեթոդիկաների վերաբերյալ կարծիքի տրամադրում, դրանց հաստատման և փորձագիտական պրակտիկայում ներդրման իրականացում, գիտական աշխատանքների արդյունքների հիման վրա համատեղ գիտական հոդվածների հրապարակում՝ տեսական և գործնական գիտելիքների փոխանակման, դատափորձագիտական ոլորտի արդիական հարցերի վերհանման և ոլորտում առկա հիմնախնդիրների արդյունավետ լուծման համատեքստում։
