Շաբաթներ առաջ Լուրեր.com-ը անդրադարձել էր «Քաղաքացիական պատերազմ» ապոկալիպտիկ մարտաֆիլմի առաջին թրեյլերին, որը կթողարկվի 2024 թվականին Ամերիկայում կայանալիք նախագահական ընտրությունների նախօրեին։ Ալեքս Գարդների այս նախագիծը կյանքի է կոչվել ԱՄՆ նախկին նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի թիմի ֆինանսավորմամբ և փաստացի վերջինս ԱՄՆ համար նոր քաղաքացիական պատերազմ էր կանխատեսում:

Իրադարձությունների ընթացքը ցույց է տալիս, որ Թրամփի կանխատեսումներն սկսում են իրականություն դառնալ: Բանն այն է, որ Մեքսիկայի հետ ԱՄՆ սահմանի մի հատվածում (Տեխաս նահանգ) դաշնային և նահանգային անվտանգության ուժերի միջև իրական առճակատում է ծավալվել, որի պատճառը միգրացիոն ճգնաժամն է։ Ապօրինի ներգաղթյալների զգալի ներհոսքի պատճառով Տեխասի իշխանությունները փշալարեր են տեղադրել սահմանին, սակայն ԱՄՆ Գերագույն դատարանն այս շաբաթ վճիռ է կայացրել հօգուտ դաշնային իշխանությունների՝ թույլ տալով սահմանապահ ծառայության աշխատակիցներին հեռացնել այդ փշալարերը: Այս որոշումից հետո Տեխասի նահանգապետ Գրեգ Էբոթի և դաշնային կառավարության միջև հակասությունները կտրուկ սրվել են: Տեխասի իշխանությունները հրաժարվել են ենթարկվել Վաշինգտոնին: Նահանգի ազգային գվարդիականները վերահսկողության տակ են վերցրել Իգլ Փաս քաղաքի սահմանային շրջաններից մեկը, տեղադրել են 48 կմ փշալար  և թույլ չեն տալիս դաշնային սահմանապահներին հեռացնել փշալարերը։ ԱՄՆ նահանգների կեսի՝ 25-ի հանրապետական նահանգապետերն աջակցություն են հայտնել Տեխասին՝ ԱՄՆ կառավարության հետ սահմանային դիմակայության սրման հարցում: Նահանգապետերը Էբոթի հետ համերաշխության համատեղ հայտարարություն են տարածել:

ԱՄՆ փորձագիտական շրջանակները նշում են, որ ամեն բան գնում է Նոր Կոնֆեդերացիայի ձևավորմանը, որը ենթադրում է նաև այլընտրանքային բանակի ստեղծում: Բայդենի՝ Տեխասի վրա ազդելու գործիքակազմը, մեղմ ասած, սուղ է: Տարբերակներից մեկը Տեխասը ազգային գվարդիայի վերահսկողության տակ վերցնելն է, այդպիսի կոչեր արդեն իսկ հնչեցրել են Տեխասի որոշ դեմոկրատական կոնգրեսմեններ: Սակայն, այդ քայլը միանշանակ տանելու է բախման և սրելու է առանց այդ էլ լարված ներքաղաքական ճգնաժամը: Փորձագետների կողմից Նոր Կոնֆեդերացիա անվանված նահանգների ռազմական հզորությունը կազմում է շուրջ 102 հազար մարդ՝ 209800-ից, այսինքն՝ ԱՄՆ Ազգային գվարդիայի ուժերի գրեթե կեսը։ Ըստ էության, ԱՄՆ-ում քաղաքացիական պատերազմից  հինգ է պակաս և համակարգային ճգնաժամի բոլոր տարրերի առկայությունը, ինչպես ասում են՝ ակնհայտ են:
