Քննչական կոմիտեի և ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցները երեկ համատեղ գործողություններ են իրականացրել էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունում և նախարարության աշխատակիցների բնակության 1 տասնյակից ավելի հասցեներում։
 
Իրավապահները բերման են ենթարկել էկոնոմիկայի փոխնախարարի պաշտոնից 1 օր առաջ ազատված Անի Իսպիրյանին ու Հանրային ներդրումների վարչության պետ Լիլյա Սիրականյանին` չարաշահումների կամ կոռուպցիոն գործարքների հետ կապ ունենալու կասկածանքով։ Ի դեպ, Իսպիրյանը 2021 թվականին էր նշանակվել էկոնոմիկայի նախարարի տեղակալ։ Նա Հայաստան էր վերադարձել «Ի Գործ» ծրագրի շրջանակում: Իսկ ընդամենը երկու շաբաթ առաջ՝ հունվարի սկզբին, նշանակվել է Հայաստանի պետական հետաքրքրությունների ֆոնդի՝ ԱՆԻՖ-ի տնօրենների խորհրդի նախագահ։ Իրադարձությունների հաջորդականությունը վկայում է պետական կառույցների անգործության մասին։ Ստացվում է՝ 32-ամյա կնոջը պատասխանատու պաշտոնների են նշանակում՝ առանց ուսումնասիրելու նրա վարքն ու կարողությունները, իսկ 2 շաբաթ անց հայտնաբերում են, որ նրա հովանավորչությամբ վատնումներ եւ յուրացումներ են կատարվել։ 

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հայտարարությունները Հայաստանում զրո կոռուպցիայի մասին արդեն ոչ միայն որևէ մեկի ծիծաղը չեն առաջացնում, իսկ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի ձախողումը փաստում է թե՛ Փաշինյանը, թե՛ միջազգային հեղինակավոր կառույցները:   Դիցուք՝ պետական ապարատում կոռուպցիոն հերթական սկանդալից 1 օր առաջ «Թրանսփարենսի Ինթերնեյշնլ» միջազգային կազմակերպությունը 2023թ–ի իր զեկույցում հայտնել էր, որ Հայաստանում կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարում առաջընթացը կանգ է առել, առաջին հերթին՝ փոփոխությունների սահմանափակ իրականացման պատճառով։ 

Ակնհայտ է, որ իշխանության ներսում էլ այսօր առկա են կոռուպցիոն դրսևորումներ, ընդ որում՝ բավական բարձր էշելոններում: Իսպիրյանը հեղափոխությունից հետո արդեն երկրորդ փոխնախարարն է, ում մեղադրում են չարաշահումների մեջ: Առաջինը, հիշեցնենք, առողջապահության փոխնախար Արսեն Դավթյանն էր, ում 2019-ին մեղադրանք էր առաջադրել առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կաշառք ստանալու համար։ Այժմ հերթը հասավ էկոնոմիկայի նախարարություն, սակայն դեռևս հարց է՝ արդյո՞ք այս ամենն իրապես կոռուպցիայի դեմ ծավալած պայքարի արդյունք է, թե Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի՝ հանրության ուշադրությունը նմանատիպ շոուներով շեղելու հերթական փորձը: Իսկ շեղելու առիթները բավական շատ են՝ Բաքվի թելադրանքով հայ ազգային ինքնությունը ջնջելու և նոր Սահմանադրություն կազմելու նպատակներից մինչև գլոբալ անվտանգային խնդիրներ, որոնց առջև այսօր կանգնած է Հայաստանը, հանրության գրպանին խփող նորանոր թանկացումներ և իշխող քաղաքական ուժի լեգիտիմության ռեկորդային ցածր ցուցանիշ: Չի բացառվում, որ հենց վերը թվարկած և այլ՝ ռեզոնանսային խնդիրներից հանրության ուշադրությունը շեղելու նպատակով էլ Փաշինյանը հերթական տեսարաններն է հրամցնում  հանրությանը՝ չխորշելով զոհաբերել անգամ իր սեփական թիմակիցներին:
