«Մեկ տասնյակից ավելի դրվագներով ակնհայտ է դարձել, որ մեր դաշնակիցը մեզ չի օգնում։ Չեն էլ ասում, որ չեն օգնում, ասում են՝ «դե լավ տեսնենք, մտածենք, հասկանանք»։ Մենք էդքան ռեսուրս չունենք, որպեսզի մեր տղաների, մեր երկրի սահմանների հաշվին սպասենք, թե մեր դաշնակիցը մեզ երբ է օգնելու։ Հետո շուռ են գալիս, ասում են՝ «դուք էս ինչը չարեցիք, դրա համար չօգնեցինք», իսկ ու՞ր են իրենց շահերը, ու՞ր են դաշնակցական պարտավորությունները»,- նման տեսակետով է այսօր հանդես եկել ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Ալեն Սիմոնյանը` պատասխանելով լրագրողների՝ արտաքին քաղաքականությանը վերաբերող հարցերին։

«ՀԱՊԿ-ի անվտանգային այլընտրանքը, մեր կարծիքով, բոլոր հնարավոր միջոցները օգտագործելն է, նաև անհույս փորձ անելն է ՀԱՊԿ-ին ինչ-որ ձևով վերակենդանացնել։ ՀԱՊԿ-ից դուրս գալու որոշում Հայաստանը չի կայացրել, այլ հարց է, թե ՀԱՊԿ-ն իրեն ոնց է դիրքավորում»,- թեման շարունակելով ավելացրեց Սիմոնյանն ու հավելեց․ 

«Հայ ժողովուրդը 2021 թվականին ընտրեց այն իշխանությանը, որը պետք է հեռանար, որպեսզի գար մի նոր իշխանություն, որ մենք անդամագրվեինք Միութենական պետությանը, սա է եղել պլանը։ Հայ ժողովուրդը չեք պատկերացնում՝ ինչա արել 2021 թվականին. աշխարհաքաղաքական հարցա լուծել իր ընտրությամբ»։

Հարցին՝ Հայաստանին պաշտոնապես եղե՞լ է այդպիսի առաջարկ, ԱԺ նախագահն արձագանքեց․

«Չէ, հո տենց չեն անում։ Այնպիսի իրավիճակ են ստեղծում, որպեսզի նոր եկած իշխանությունն ասի՝ «դե նախկիններն էին մեղավոր, այլևս անվտանգային որևիցե լուծում չկա, քան դառնալ Ռուսաստան-Բելառուս միութենական պետության անդամ», սա ակնհայտ ա»,- պնդել է նա ու ավելացրել՝ իրենց ամենամեծ մտահգությունն այն է, թե որտեղից է հարվածը լինելու․

«Ակնհայտ է, որ այդ  հարվածն արվում է Ադրբեջանի ձեռքերով՝ ուղղված մեր ինքիշխանության դեմ»։
