ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժնից հաղորդում է ստացվել այն մասին, որ իրենց է զանգահարել Գայանե Գ․-ն և հայտնել, որ Վաղարշապատի դպրոցներից մեկի մոտ 14-ամյա որդին՝ Դ․ Գ․-ն, երեկոյան նստել է մոտ 40 տարեկան ոմն Հրանտի պատկանող «Օպել» մակնիշի, առանց համարանիշի տաքսի ծառայության ավտոմեքենան։ Ըստ նախաքննական մարմնի՝ կինը նշել է, որ 40-ամյա տղամարդը 14-ամյա տղայի նկատմամբ սեռական ոտնձգություն է կատարել:

Iravaban.net-ի փոխանցմամբ՝  տղամարդուն է մեղսագրվում Քրեական օրենսգրքի 201-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով նախատեսված հանցավոր արարքի կատարում։

Գործը դատարան է ստացվել 2024 թվականի հունվարի 10-ին և մակագրվել Արմավիրի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Էդգար Մանասյանին։ Դեպքը տեղի է ունեցել 2023-ի օգոստոսին։
