Հայաստանի Արդարադատության նախարար Գրիգոր Մինասյանի հրավերով՝ Երևան է ժամանել Վրաստանի Արդարադատության նախարար Ռատի Բրեգաձեի գլխավորած պատվիրակությունը: Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի արդարադատության ոլորտի մարմինների մասնակցությամբ՝ ապրիլի 11-12-ը տեղի կունենա Հայ-վրացական իրավական ֆորումը:

Արդարադատության նախարարությունից տեղեկացնում են, որ Գրիգոր Մինասյանը ֆորումի բացմանն ընդգծել է նման միջոցառումների շարունակականության կարևորությունը և նշել, որ դրանք հնարավորություն են տալիս մշտապես մտքեր փոխանակելու արդարադատության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների, մասնավորապես՝ կոռուպցիայի դեմ պայքարի, դատական և իրավական, քրեակատարողական և պրոբացիայի ոլորտներին առնչվող իրավական մի շարք առաջնահերթ հարցերի վերաբերյալ, խոսելու դրանց լուծումների, հեռանկարների մասին, ինչպես նաև փոխանակվելու փորձառությամբ ու հմտություններով։

Հայաստանի արդարադատության նախարարը կարևոր է համարել Վրաստանի՝ արդարադատության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների առումով տարածաշրջանում առաջամարտիկներից մեկը լինելը, նշել, որ այս հանգամանքը հնարավորություն է տալիս շատ հարցերում ուսումնասիրել ու տեղայնացնել վրացական կարևոր փորձը կամ կիսվել նաև հայկական փորձով, համեմատել ոլորտում կատարած աշխատանքն ու բարեփոխումները: Գրիգոր Մինասյանն ընդգծել է, որ, նման համատեղ աշխատանքի շնորհիվ, արդեն իսկ հաջողվել է մի շարք բարեփոխումներ իրականացնել նոտարական և էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ծառայությունների, հարկադիր կատարման, քրեակատարողական և պրոբացիոն համակարգերում, ինչպես նաև դատապարտյալների վերասոցիալականացման և իրավական կրթության ոլորտներում։ 

Գրիգոր Մինասյանը հատկանշական է համարել երկու երկրների իրավական համագործակցությունը 8 բազմակողմ միջազգային պայմանագրերի շրջանակներում, արդարադատության ոլորտում կնքված 4 երկկողմ միջազգային պայմանագրերը և համագործակցությունն իրավական փոխօգնության ոլորտում:

 Հայ-վրացական իրավական ֆորումին մասնակցում են ՀՀ բարձրագույն դատական խորհրդի նախագահ Կարեն Անդրեասյանը, Հայաստանում ՄԱԶԾ մշտական ներկայացուցիչ Նաթիա Նացվլիշվիլին, Հանրային իրավունքի եվրոպական կազմակերպության նախագահ Սպիրիդոն Ֆլոգաիտիսը, Հայաստանի և Վրաստանի արդարադատություն համակարգի մարմինների ղեկավարներ և այլ բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ:
