Ինչպես ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել էինք, ձերբակալված Սամվել Վարդանյանին մի խումբ դիմակավորված անձանց կողմից ծեծի ենթարկելու տեղեկության հաշվառմամբ՝ Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Անահիտ Մանասյանի հանձնարարությամբ Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն այց են իրականացրել ՀՀ ՆԳՆ Ոստիկանության Երևան քաղաքի վարչության ձերբակալվածներին պահելու վայր։

Այս մասին հայտնում են Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի գրասենյակից։

Այցի շրջանակում Պաշտպանի ներկայացուցիչներն առանձնազրույց են ունեցել Սամվել Վարդանյանի հետ, որի ընթացքում վերջինս ներկայացրել է դեպքին առնչվող մանրամասներ: Հաշվի առնելով լրատվամիջոցներում, սոցիալական ցանցերում տարածված հրապարակումները և առանձնազրույցի ընթացքում ներկայացված հանգամանքները՝ Պաշտպանը սեփական նախաձեռնությամբ սկսել է քննարկման ընթացակարգ:

Համապատասխան գրություններ կուղարկվեն ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն և ՀՀ ՆԳՆ՝ նշված դեպքի հանգամանքները մանրամասն և բազմակողմանի քննության առարկա դարձնելու պահանջով:

Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը ևս մեկ անգամ ընդգծում է. բռնության ցանկացած դրսևորում խիստ անընդունելի և դատապարտելի է։ Յուրաքանչյուր դեպք պետք է արժանանա պատշաճ իրավական գնահատականի, իսկ մեղավորները` ենթարկվեն պատասպանատվության: Պետությունն այս առումով ունի հստակ իրավական պարտավորություններ։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Պաշտպանը կոչ է անում զերծ մնալ ատելություն, անհանդուրժողականություն կամ բռնություն քարոզող ցանկացած խոսքի կիրառումից և վարքագծից։

Հանրային համերաշխությունը կարող է ապահովվել միայն այլոց նկատմամբ հանդուրժողական, նրբանկատ և զգայուն վերաբերմունքի ու հարգալից երկխոսության միջոցով։

Ավելին, հանրային և քաղաքական գործիչները, զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցների ներկայացուցիչները պետք է ոչ միայն զերծ մնան նման խոսքի կիրառումից, այլև իրենց գործելակերպով հակազդեն դրա ցանկացած դրսևորման։
