Կիրանցի վարչական ղեկավարը վերանայել է բնակիչների անունից վարչապետին հրապարակայնորեն շնորհակալություն հայտնելու հայտարությունը, և ասել է․ «Սահմանազատումը դեռ ավարտված չի, ամենավտանգավոր կետին է հասել` կամրջին»։

Ղեկավարն ասում է․ «Խոսքս կոնտեքստից դուրս է հանվել և ճիշտ չի ներկայացվել, թող գան, ներկայանան և տեղում գնահատեն իրավիճակը։ Այն, ինչ ասել եմ, շնորհակալական իմաստ չի կրել։ Ութ սյուն է դրվել, դեռ երեքն էլ կա, որը մոտենում է Կիրանցի կամրջի հատվածին»։

«Գյուղացիները ահավոր վրդոհված են և արգելում են իրենց անունից հայտարարություններ հնչեցնել։ Որ կետից գնացել են, թող մնան այդ կետում ադրբեջանցիները։ Մենք հորդորում ենք, որ Կիրանցի բնակիչների անունը անտեղի չշահարկեն»,– հավելել է նա։
