Կիրանցից Ադրբեջանին է հանձնվել կադաստրային վկայական ունեցող 8 հեկտար վարելահող։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է լրագրող Ոսկան Սարգսյանը։

«Հունիսի 30-ին Կիրանց գյուղի մոտ ադրբեջանական զինուժը տեղադրել է մեծ դրոշակ, որը տեսանելի է նաև Կիրանցի հարևան՝ Աճարկուտ գյուղի տարածքից։ Դա հոգեբանորեն վատ է ազդում Կիրանցի և Աճարկուտի բնակիչների վրա։ Կիրանց բնակավայրի վարչական ղեկավար Կամո Շահինյանը հաստատեց, որ գյուղի գերեզմանատանը մոտակա, <<Խաչի յալ>> կոչվող տարածքի մոտ տեղադրվել է Ադրբեջանի մեծ դրոշ։ Վարչական ղեկավարը հայտնեց, որ ՀՀ դրոշն էլ է տեղադրված այդ հատվածում։ Կ․ Շահինյանին հարցրի Քարահան գետի աջ ափին, Կիրանցի 8 հեկտար վարելահողերի մասին, որոնց տերերը կադաստրի կոմիտեից ունեն սեփականության վկայաններ, սակայն այդ հողերը հանձնվել են Ադրբեջանին։ Կ․ Շահինյանը հաստատեց,որ այդ 8 հեկտարը կադաստրի վկայականներով պատկանել է Կիրանց գյուղի մեկ տասնյակից ավել բնակիչների։

Նրան հարցրի, այդ հողերի տերերին պետության կողմից դրամական փոխհատուցման մասին։ Վարչական ղեկավարն ասաց, որ ինքն այդ հարցով չի զբաղում, դրանով զբաղում են Տավուշի մարզպետարանը և Իջևանի համայնքապետարանը։ Կիրանցի բնակիչները լրագրողիս հայտնել են, որ այդ 8 հեկտարի համար պետության կողմից դրամական փոխհատուցումը լինելու է մեկ քառակուսի մետրի համար 3 դոլարի չափով։ Կ․ Շահինյանը հավելեց որ ներկայումս ընթանում է միջպետական ավտոճանապարհի նոր ,Աճարկուտ գյուղով ձգվող հատվածի շինարարությունը, որը պետք է գործարկվի հուլիսի 24-ին»,- գրել է նա։
