Երևանի պատանի հանդիսատեսի թատրոնը, որտեղ գործում են նաև ստեղծագործական կենտրոններ, վերանորոգվում է: Առաժմ շինարարություն է փորձասենյակների, միջանցքների ու սանհանգույցների հատվածում: Այս մասին հայտնում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանը:

«Շենքը լիովին վերանորոգվելու է: Այս պահին ընթանում է 1-ին փուլը, ինչը ներառում է ներքին հարդարումը, այսինքն, փոխվում են սանհանգույցները, հարդարվում են ներսի սենյակային հատվածներ, փոխվում են ջրահեռացման խողովակները, ինչպես նաև դռներն և պատուհանները»,- նշում է Երևանի քաղաքապետարանի շինարարության և բարեկարգման վարչության պետի ժ/պ Արմեն Հարությունյանը: 

«Նախկինում անցկացված օդափոխության համակարգն ամբողջությամբ փոխվում է, անցկացվում է հովացման և ջեռուցման նոր համակարգ»,- ասում է աշխատանքների ղեկավարը:

Վերանորոգման հաջորդ՝ առավել ընդգրկուն փուլն ընդգրկում է դահլիճն ու բեմը: Որոշ հատվածի փայտե կառուցվածքների կազմաքանդումն արդեն սկսել են, որովհետև այլևս ենթակա չեն շահագործման:

«Ավարտը նախատեսվում է 2025 թվականին: Պետք է առավելագույն ջանքեր գործադրենք, որ կարողանանք մեր երևանցիներին նորովի վերադարձնել Պատանի հանդիսատեսի թատրոնը»,- նշում է Արմեն Հարությունյանը:

Կվերականգնվեն նաև շենքի արտաքին պատերը՝ չխախտելով ճակատի ճարտարապետական կերպը: Շուրջ մեկ դար առաջ հիմնադրված թատրոնը վերանորոգումից հետո կներկայանա ամբողջությամբ արդիականացված:
