Վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին է ներկայացվել փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակի 2023 թվականի գործունեության հաշվետվությունը:

Վարչապետի աշխատակազմից հայտնում են, որ փոխվարչապետ Մհեր Գրիգորյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավարը ներկայացրել է փոխվարչապետի կողմից համակարգվող աշխատանքների հիմնական ուղղությունները, ինչպես նաև զեկուցել հաշվետու տարում նախարարական կոմիտեների, խորհուրդների և հանձնաժողովների շրջանակում կատարված աշխատանքները:

Հաջորդիվ փոխվարչապետի խորհրդականները ներկայացրել են հանրային կառավարման բարեփոխումների, թվայնացման, Հայաստանի զարգացման գործընկերների հետ համագործակցության և միջազգային տնտեսական ինտեգրման գործընթացների ուղղությամբ արձանագրված առաջընթացը:

Հանրային կառավարման բարեփոխումների շրջանակներում աշխատանքներ են տարվել ռազմավարական պլանավորման, թվայնացման գործընթացների համակարգման և ծառայությունների որակի բարելավման ուղղությամբ:

Գրասենյակի կողմից ապահովվել է մշակվող ռազմավարական փաստաթղթերի որակի վերահսկողությունը և դրանց փոխներդաշնակեցումը: Միաժամանակ, միջազգային ստանդարտներին համապատասխան մշակվել է ռազմավարական կառավարման նոր համակարգ և մեկնարկել են վերջինիս ներդրման աշխատանքները, որոնց արդյունքում ռազմավարական կառավարումը կդառնա առավել արդյունավետ:

Թվայնացման գործընթացների համակարգումն ապահովել է փոխվարչապետի նախագահությամբ գործող Տեղեկատվական համակարգերի կառավարման խորհուրդը: Հաշվետվության ընթացքում ներկայացվել են հանրային ծառայությունների թվայնացման և որակի բարելավման ուղղությամբ իրականացված աշխատանքները, այդ թվում՝ ազգային նույնականացման համակարգի ներդրման առաջընթացը, «կյանքի փորձառության» տրամաբանությամբ  հանրությանը մատուցվող ծառայությունների թվայնացումը:

Հաշվետվության ընթացքում ներկայացվել են նաև Հայաստանի զարգացման գործընկերների հետ համագործակցության շրջանակներում 2023 թվականին արձանագրված զարգացումները: Մասնավորապես, անդրադարձ է կատարվել Միավորված ազգերի կազմակերպության, ԱՄՆ Միջազգային զարգացման գործակալության, միջազգային ֆինանսական կազմակերպությունների հետ համատեղ իրականացված աշխատանքներին:

Վարչապետին զեկուցվել են նաև Հայաստանի Հանրապետություն-Եվրոպական միություն համագործակցության շրջանակներում իրականացված աշխատանքները, մասնավորապես՝ Համապարփակ և ընդլայնված գործընկերության համաձայնագրի կիրարկման առաջընթացը, ԵՄ տնտեսական և ներդրումային պլանի ներքո մշակված հինգ ուղենիշներով իրականացվող միջոցառումների ընթացքը և ձեռքբերված պայմանավորվածությունները:

Զեկուցվել են նաև Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության և Անկախ պետությունների համագործակցության շրջանակներում հաշվետու տարվա ընթացքում կատարված աշխատանքները, ինչպես նաև փոխվարչապետի համանախագահությամբ գործող միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովների գործունեության ընթացքը:

Վարչապետ Փաշինյանը կարևորել է ոլորտային ռազմավարությունների իրականացման մշտադիտարկումը, միջազգային գործընկերների կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի համադրումը ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրերի հետ և այլ հարցերի հետ կապված տվել կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ:
