«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրում է․ «Գաղտնիք չէ, որ իշխող ՔՊ-ում բոլոր որոշումները միանձնյա կարգով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն է կայացնում՝ առանց թիմակիցների կարծիքը հաշվի առնելու, շատ դեպքերում՝ անգամ իր որոշումների մասին չի էլ տեղեկացնում թիմակիցներին՝ անակնկալի բերելով նրանց:

Այսպիսով, վերջերս այս մասին վկայող հերթական «թարմ» դեպքն արձանագրվեց:

«Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ Հայաստանյան 4 քաղաքական ուժեր՝ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը, «Հանուն Հանրապետության», «Քրիստոնեա-ժողովրդավարական» եւ «Հայաստանի եվրոպական» կուսակցությունները Հայաստանի` Եվրոպական միությանն անդամակցության հայտ ներկայացնելու հարցով հանրաքվե անցկացնելու առաջարկով դիմել էին իշխանություններին։

ՔՊ-ականները սա մեծ շուքով ներկայացրին, ու անգամ խորհրդարանական լսումներ անցկացվեցին այս թեմայով:

Տպավորություն էր ստեղծվել, թե ՔՊ-ում հանրաքվեի պատրաստություն են տեսնում:

ՔՊ-ի կարկառուն ներկայացուցիչներից Ալեն Սիմոնյանն էլ իր հերթին Լատվիայի Սեյմի խոսնակ Դաիգա Միերինայի հետ հանդիպումից հետո հայտարարել էր. «Կարծում եմ՝ մոտ ապագայում կլինի ԵՄ-ին անդամակցության հանրաքվեն, եւ վստահ եմ, որ մեր ժողովուրդը կասի՝ այո»:
Բայց, արի ու տես, որ ՔՊ-ում տեղյակ չեն, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը լրիվ այլ ծրագրեր ունի:

Ընդամենը երկու օր առաջ՝ հուլիսի 1-ին, Ժողովրդավարության հայկական ֆորումի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը հայտարարեց, որ ոչ մի հանրաքվե էլ չի լինելու, քանի որ ինքը «գիտի ժողովրդի կարծիքը»։

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր այս սպոնտան որոշումներով, ըստ էության, հերքեց ու անորոշ դրության մեջ դրեց թե’ Ալեն Սիմոնյանին, թե՛ ողջ ՔՊ-ին:
Սրանից կարող ենք կրկին արձանագրել, որ Փաշինյանը բացառապես միանձնյա որոշումներ է կայացնում ու իր թիմակիցների տեսակետը հաշվի չի էլ առնում՝ մշտապես փաստի առաջ կանգնեցնելով»:
