Արամ Սարգսյան ԱՁ-ին պատկանող հացի և հացաբուլկեղենի արտադրամասում (ք. Երևան, Ռուբինյանց 5/3) իրականացված վերահսկողության ընթացքում ՀՀ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի Երևանի կենտրոնի տեսուչներն արձանագրել են սանիտարահիգիենիկ այնպիսի անհամապատասխանությոններ, որոնք իրավական նորմերով սննդամթերքի անվտանգությանը ներկայացվող պահանջների լուրջ խախտումներ են։

Մասնավորապես՝

  • արտադրական շինությունների սանհանգույցների դռները բացվել են դեպի արտադրական շինություն, ինչպես նաև սարքավորված չեն եղել ձեռքերը լվանալու համար նախատեսված լվացարաններով,
  • հատակների մակերևույթները, դռները չեն եղել հարթ, պատրաստված չեն եղել անջրանցիկ, լվացվող, ախտահանվող նյութերից,
  • բացվող ներքին պատուհանները չեն ունեցել հեշտությամբ հանվող և մաքրվող միջատապաշտպան ցանցեր,
  • սննդի կառույցը ապհովված չի եղել անձնակազմի համար նախատեսված հանդերձարանով,
  • աշխատասեղանները և բեռնարկղները, որոնք անմիջական շփման մեջ են գտնվում սննդամթերքի հետ, կառուցված չեն եղել հիգիենայի պահանջները բավարարող նյութերից և չեն պահվել նորոգ ու բարվոք վիճակում,
  • սարքավորումները, գործիքները և պարագաները, որոնք անմիջական շփման մեջ են գտնվել սննդամթերքի հետ, չեն ենթարկվել պատշաճ մաքրման ու ախտահանման,
  • թափոնները տեղադրված չեն եղել առանձին մակնշված, սարքին վիճակում գտնվող և բացառապես այդ թափոնների ու աղբի հավաքման և պահպանման համար օգտագործվող փակվող տարողություններում:

Հացի և հացաբուլկեղենի արտադության արտադրական գործունեությունը կասեցվել է, սահմանվել է հայտնաբերված խախտումները վերացնելու ժամկետ։
