«Հրապարակ»-ը գրում է.

«Նոյեմբերյանի երկրապահի ղեկավարին՝ Յուրա Հարությունյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։ Նշենք, որ Հարությունյանը Սասուն Միքայելյանի մտերիմներից է։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Նոյեմբերյանում ապրիլի 23-ին «Տավուշը հանուն հայրենիքի» շարժման ակցիայի ժամանակ Երկրապահ Կամավորականների Միությանը» պատկանող մեքենան փորձել է Բագրատաշենի ճանապարհը փակած տավուշցիների վրա քշելով՝ բացել ճանապարհը։ Սակայն տղամարդիկ կարողացել են կանգնեցնել մեքենան, ինչից հետո մեքենայից դուրս է թռել մի երիտասարդ ու բարձրանալով մեքենայի տանիքին՝ նետվել տավուշցիների վրա։

Ըստ Քննչական կոմիտեի հաղորդագրության՝  Տավուշի մարզի, ինչպես նաև ՀՀ տարբեր բնակավայրերի տարածքներից Նոյեմբերյան համայնքի Երևանյան փողոց ժամանած բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիներ, ՀՀ պետական մարմինների կողմից սահմանագծման և սահմանազատման հարցերի շուրջ ունեցած դժգոհությունների պատճառով, 2024թ. ապրիլի 23-ին՝ ժամը 11:00-ի սահմաններում, խաթարելով երթևեկության բնականոն ընթացքը, տևական ժամանակ արգելափակել են միջպետական ճանապարհահատվածը, որի հետ կապված նշված տարածք էր եկել նաև Տավուշի մարզի բնակիչ Յ.Հ.-ն՝ իր ծանոթների հետ:

Այդ ընթացքում Յ.Հ.-ի ընկերոջ և ճանապարհն արգելափակած անձանց միջև բանավեճ է սկսվել՝ ճանապարհը բացելու հարցի շուրջ, որի ընթացքում ակցիայի մասնակիցներից մեկը, որդու և չպարզված անձանց հետ միասին, իրենց անձի ենթադրյալ առավելությունն ու գերակայությունն ընդգծելու, ներկաների մոտ սարսափ առաջացնելու նպատակով, իրավական և բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք դրսևորելով, բռնության գործադրմամբ, խուլիգանություն էին կատարել, որի ընթացքում ակցիայի մասնակիցներից մեկը հարվածել է Յ.Հ.-ին և ստիպել հեռանալ:

Չհանդուրժելով տեղի ունեցածը՝ վերջինս, քննությամբ դեռևս չպարզված անձանց հետ միասին, ժամը 16:00-ի սահմաններում վերադարձել են Երևանյան փողոցում հավաքված բողոքի ակցիայի մասնակիցների մոտ և իրավական ու բարոյական նորմերի նկատմամբ բացահայտ արհամարհական վերաբերմունք ցուցաբերելով, համակեցության կանոնների ցուցադրաբար անտեսմամբ, մարդկանց անդորրը խախտելով, արհամարհելով տեղում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանության աշխատակիցների օրինական պահանջները, սկսել են հայհոյանքներ և  անպարկեշտ արտահայտություններ հնչեցնել ներկաների հասցեին, ինչը վեր է ածվել քաշքշուկի»:
