Hovik Abrahamyan "fed" Tigran Sargsyan, and deputies made him stand
АналитическийThe Government of the Republic of Armenia, headed by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan presented the program of the government of 2013- 2017 to the National Assembly. As expected, the deputies were not preparing to meet Tigran Sargsyan with applause. Questions of the lawmakers, which had basically condemning accent, occupied the whole agenda.
It's hard to say which range of working hours Tigran Sargsyan usually has, but as for specifically the previous day it can be unequivocally stated that the deputies forced the Prime Minister to stand almost most of the day. Except, of course, breaks, during the first of which Parliament Speaker Hovik Abrahamyan, in all probability, knowing what day was expected for his colleagues, "pulled" the latter in a new parliament buffet to lunch with him.
By the way, Premier's entrance to the buffet can be considered as symbolic in the sense that after the repair of this place of the Parliament all staff of canteen was dismissed, that is, became unemployed, swelling the ranks of socially vulnerable layers of the population. The buffet was put on the operation for one company, which although is too early to call a monopoly, but which has already occupied the first position in serving buffets of excellence institutions-organizations. And this organization, of course, is not worried about the fate of 10 employees of buffet, only one of which, probably using the highest-house, managed to restore his work.
Discussion of the program of the Government is yet to te discussed. However, one of the friends of the deputies told that the discussion of program of the government was not less pathetic: at a meeting of the executive body of the Republican Party, on Wednesday, before submission at the meeting of the cabinet, the program was presented to party friends, who, as if it's not insteresting, was quite actively discussed, criticized, suggested, in short, had a proper discussion, and, and the as one of the friends of MPs assured us, many proposals were made on a note, to include them in the program in future.
