Staphylococcus was found in the milk powder, imported from Ukraine to Armenia and the entry of the product to Armenia was suspended. The Spokesperson of the State Service for Food Safety of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia Nvard Arakelyan informed Armenpress that the entry of the product to Armenia was banned.

“The milk powder was produced by two different Ukrainian companies, the names of which would not be announced yet.
The first company sent 22,5 tons and the second one – 21,5 tons of milk powder to Armenia. Staphylococcus was found in the both product groups of milk powder in the result of the laboratory study”, -­ stated Arakelyan.
