Песков не исключил возможность встречи Путина и Эрдогана до саммита G20

Президент России Владимир Путин и турецкий лидер Реджеп Тайип Эрдоган могут встретиться еще до проведения саммита G20 в Китае. Об этом журналистам заявил пресс-секретарь президента Дмитрий Песков, передает «Интерфакс».

«Действительно, мы не исключаем, что главы государств примут решение встретиться еще до «двадцатки» в Китае», — сказал Песков, не уточнив места проведения встречи.

Как передает ТАСС, глава МИД Турции Мевлют Чавушоглу на встрече со своим российским коллегой Сергеем Лавровым заявил, что Эрдоган готов встретиться с Путиным в августе до начала саммита G20.

Ранее газета «Коммерсантъ» сообщила, что встреча Путина и Эрдогана может состояться в августе этого года в Сочи. Встреча может пройти и раньше, если министры иностранных дел России и Турции на встрече послов в Москве смогут об этом договориться.

Вместе с тем, по словам Пескова, речи о встрече в Сочи пока не идет, «возможны разные варианты». «В том числе переговоры начинаются сегодня в Сочи по линии министров иностранных дел. Поэтому здесь нужно немного набраться терпения», — добавил представитель Кремля.

30 июня Эрдоган сообщил, что договорился с Путиным о встрече на саммите G20 в Китае в начале сентября. Лидер Турции анонсировал встречу после телефонных переговоров с Путиным.
