Թբիլիսիում արտահերթ ընտրությունների պահանջով բողոքի ակցիաները շարունակվում են. 2 օր է՝ երթևեկելի պողոտան փակ է

Վրաստանի մայրաքաղաք Թբիլիսիում մի քանի տասնյակ մարդ երեկ գիշերն անցկացրել է խորհրդարանի շենքի դիմաց՝ փողոցի երթևեկելի մասում տեղադրված վրաններում։

Հիշեցնենք՝ 2 օր առաջ ակցիայի մեկնարկը տվել էր «Ամոթ է» նախաձեռնությունը՝ նախ «Վրացական երազանք» իշխող կուսակցության գրասենյակի մոտ, ապա տեղափոխվելով խորհրդարանի դիմաց։ Ակցիան մեծ մասշտաբների հասավ, երբ խորհրդարանը չկարողացավ ընդունել համամասնական ընտրակարգին անցնելու՝ սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների նախագիծը (անհրաժեշտ 113 ձայնից հավաքվեց 101֊ը), հայտնում է ALIQ -ը:

Արդյունքում՝ նախօրեին խորհրդարանի դիմաց մի քանի հազար մարդ հավաքվեց։ Քաղակտիվիստների շարքերում երեկոյան երևացին ընդդիմության ներկայացուցիչներ, այլ քաղաքական գործիչներ։ Նախկին նախագահ Գիորգի Մարգվելաշվիլին ասաց, որ մնալու և պայքարելու է մինչև վերջ։

Գիշերը երիտասարդ ակտիվիստներից մի քանիսը՝ ոստիկանության ուղեկցությամբ շարժվեց իշխող կուսակցության առաջնորդ Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլիի տուն՝ իշխանափոխության պահանջով։

Այսօր ևս պողոտան փակ է եղել։  Ցուցարարներն ասել են՝ հեռանալու միտք չունեն՝ մինչև չկատարվի գլխավոր պահանջը՝ արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների մասին որոշում չլինի։ Ելույթները վերսկսվել են 19:00-ից, իսկ կիրակի ցուցարարները ավելի մասշտաբային ակցիա են խոստանում։

Հայտնի է, որ բողոքի ակցիաներ են անցկացվել նաև մնացած մեծ քաղաքներում։ Քութայիսիում ցուցարարները ցուցադրաբար այրել են օրինագծին դեմ քվեարկած պատգամավորների ցուցակը։

Նախկին իշխող «Միացյալ ազգային շարժում» կուսակցությունը հայտարարել է, որ կիրակի՝ նոյեմբերի 17-ին նախատեսվող ընդդիմության հանրահավաքը դառնալու է «համընդհանուր ազգային հավաք, որը կարճ ժամանակում վերջ կդնի  իշխող «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության հիմնադիր Բիձինա Իվանիշվիլիի իշխանությանը»։ 

Ընդդիմությունը հայտնել է, որ նպատակին հասնելու համար «դիմելու է բողոքի ու ընդդիմանալու բոլոր մեթոդներին, որոնք ընդունված են Վրաստանի Սահմանադրությամբ ու միջազգային իրավունքով»։ Հիմնական պահանջները ձևակերպված են 2 կետով․

1.Իվանիշվիլին անհապաղ պետք է հեռացվի իշխանությունից։ Նրա օկուպացիոն ռեժիմը, որն իրեն անվանում է կառավարություն, պետք է պաշտոնաթող լինի։ Իսկ կոռումպացված կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովը պետք է փոխարինվի։

2. Վրաստանում պետք է անցկացվեն արտահերթ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ՝ ժամանակավոր կառավարության պայմաններում։
