Another delicious innovation from SAS Group

Due to dishes such as pizza, risotto and pasta Italian national  kitchen is  widespread  throughout  the world.  The main feature of Italian kitchen  is simplicity as well as  freshness and high quality of the products used in the dishes.  Sas  Food  Court is the first in Armenia  to introduce  Italian pasta making and serving  technology in place.

For  making different  pastas, on the initiative of SAS Group founder Artak Sargsyan, special equipments, raw materials and technology, have been imported to Armenia. To  introduce pasta cooking techniques and technologies at SAS Food Court  famous Italian chef Danilo Kurotto  was invited to Armenia. He has been training the preparation of  the best pastas for days.  The founder of the company Artak Sargsyan notes that: such innovations  make the Food Court even more attractive not only for the consumer but also for tourists arriving in our country.

SAS Food Court produces beetroot, carrot paste with fettuccine, spaghetti, ravioli, pale and more. They are served with unique sauces. Arabiata, bolognese, cheese, alfredo, carbonara, seafood and other delicious sauces are the best combination for delicious pasta made  of natural raw food. Pasta dough is prepared and cooked locally with natural raw Italian ingredients in front of the customer's eyes.

The process is also very interesting as the form and ingredients  of  paste are different for each type of preparation.
