Մինչև մարտի 31-ը բազմաթիվ նամակներ էի ստանում ԵՊՀ ուսանողներից։ Բոլորը բարձրաձայնում էին, որ ուսման վարձի վճարումն իրենց համար դարձել էր անհնար, քանի որ վիրուսի հետևանքով ստեղծված տնտեսական վիճակը զրկել է իրենց ընտանիքներին նախատեսվող եկամուտներից։ Մարտի 31-ին ԵՊՀ-ն հայտարարեց` թույլ է տալիս ուսման վարձերը չվճարած ուսանողներին մասնակցել ուսումնական գործընթացին: Սա որոշակիորեն մեղմեց ուսանողների անհանգստությունը։ Սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ խնդիրը շուտով վերադառնալու է։ Ու թերևս վերադառնալու է ավելի մեծ թափով, քանի որ բավարար եկամուտներ չգեներացնելով` բուհ-ը գուցե չկարողանա վճարել աշխատակիցների աշխատավարձը, ինչը հավելյալ սոցիալական խնդիրներ կստեղծի։

Ակնհայտ է, որ պետության աջակցության և հոգածության կարիք կա։ Քանի որ պետությունը 50%-ով մասնակցում է բուհի բարձրագույն կառավարմանը, կարծում եմ նման իրավիճակում բուհին միայնակ թողնելը արդար չէ։ Ցավոք, կառավարության՝ սոցիալ-տնտեսական աջակցության 9 ծրագիրներից ոչ մեկը չէր անդրադառնում ուսանողների ուսման վարձերի բեռի թեթևացմանը։

Հասկանալով առկա օբյեկտիվ խնդիրները՝ իմ պարտքն եմ համարում բարձրաձայնել այս խնդրի մասին և դիմել Կառավարությանը` առաջարկելով մինչև 25% ուսման վարձի մասնակի փոխհատուցում նախատեսել ուսանողների համար, եթե ոչ բոլորի, ապա առնվազն նրանց համար, որոնց ընտանիքի անդամները կորոնավիրուսի հետևանքով գործազուրկ են դարձել կամ գտնվում են հարկադիր պարապուրդի մեջ։ Սա թերևս միակ ճանապարհն է սպասվող ծանր հետևանքներից խուսափելու համար։

Հ.Գ Համոզված եմ` խնդիրն առկա է բոլոր բուհերում, հետևաբար նախաձեռնությանը կարող են միանալ նաև մյուս ուսումնական հաստատությունների ուսանողները։ Լիահույս ենք, որ կստանանք դրական արձագանք»։
