ՊԵԿ  հետաքննության եւ օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը, հարկային իրավախախտումների եւ տնտեսական հանցագործությունների դեմ պայքարի շրջանակում, բացահայտել է օրենքով արգելված գործունեության դեպքեր։

Մասնավորապես, վարչությանն Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայությունից օպերատիվ տվյալներ  էին փոխանցվել, որ Արագածոտնի մարզի երկու բնակիչ զբաղվում են հողի բերրի շերտի վաճառքով։ Իրացնելով տեղեկությունները, ՊԵԿ հետաքննության եւ օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչության աշխատակիցները ձեռնարկել են օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումներ: Արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Արագածոտնի մարզի Քուչակ համայնքի երկու բնակիչ, խախտելով ՀՀ հողային օրենսգրքի պահանջները, Քուչակ, Վարդենիս եւ Լուսագյուղ համայնքների տարածքներից իրականացրել են սեւահողի բերրի շերտի ապօրինի դուրսբերում: Այնուհետեւ ապօրինի հանույթը նրանք իրացրել են Երեւանում՝ տարբեր ֆիզիկական անձանց։  

Դեպքերի առթիվ ՊԵԿ հետաքննության եւ օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունում Հարկային օրենսգրքի 409-րդ հոդվածի հատկանիշներով՝ 20 մլն դրամ գումարի չափով  կազմվել են  արձանագրություններ, հարուցվել՝ վարչական վարույթներ։  

ՊԵԿ հետաքննության եւ օպերատիվ հետախուզության վարչությունը հորդորում է զերծ մնալ ՀՀ օրենսդրությամբ արգելված, լիցենզավորման կամ ծանուցման ենթակա գործունեությունն առանց լիցենզիայի կամ ծանուցման իրականացնելուց, ինչպես նաեւ առանց թույլտվության կամ լիցենզիայի ընդերքը կամ բնական պաշարներն օգտագործելուց:
