ԱԺ նախկին փոխնախագահ, արդարադատության նախկին նախարար Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրառում է արել՝ հոդորով դիմելով «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավար Լիլիթ Մակունցին:

 

«Բարի հորդոր՝ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության ղեկավարին. հետևե՛ք Ձեր խմբակցության որոշ առանձնյակների ելույթներին ու հե՛տ քաշեք առաջին, անգամ՝ երկրորդ պլանի դերերից։ Նրանք ՄիՊ-ի հետ բարոյական, ուղեղային, ինստիտուցիոնալ զարգացման շատ տարբեր քաշային կատեգորիաներում են։ Մենք սովոր ենք անհեթեթությունների այն հիթ շքերթին, որ ամեն օր մեզ հրամցնում են ԱԺ-ում զբաղվածություն ունեցող անձինք։ Բայց սա անգամ ձեզ համար ունիկալ է։

Սպառնալիք ԱԺ-ում՝ ՄԻՊ-ին։ Նորից կարդացեք այս նախադասությունը։ Կարդացի՞ք։ Ապրեք դե արագ շտկեք իրավիճակը՝ գոնե երկրի համար։ Ձեր՝ խելքից պատուհասները պատուհաս են դառնում երկրի համար՝ ամենատարբեր զեկույցներով»,-գրել է Արփինե Հովհաննիսյանը:

Ավելի վաղ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վաղարշակ Հակոբյանը Աժ-ում հայտարարել էր, որ օմբուդսմենի գործունեություն երկակի ստանդարտներ է նկատում և նրա զեկույցը գնահատում է անբավարար:

Ի պատասխան Արման Թաթոյանն ասել էր. «Պարո՛ն Վաղարշակ Հակոբյան, չհամարձակվեք մյուս անգամ Ձեր ձայնը բարձրացնել ինձ վրա, չփորձե՛ք իշխանական դիրքերից խոսել Հայաստանի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանի հետ, ր մյուս անգամ չփորձե՛ք սպառնալ պաշտպանին: Ավելին, Դուք նույնիսկ չեք տիրապետում, որ մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպանը չի աշխատում կանոնադրությամբ, ես Ձեզ հետ քննարկելու բան չունեմ»:

ԱԺ նախագահը ևս արձագանքել էր. «Իհարկե, Դուք կատարում եք Ձեր սահմանադրական պարտականությունները Ձեր համոզմամբ՝ շատ լավ, շատերի համար՝ շատ լավ, բայց այնուամենայնիվ, պետք է հաշտվել այն իրողության հետ, որ գործունեության այս կամ այն ասպեկտ կարող է և գոհացուցիչ չլինել այս կամ այն պատգամավորի համար, և սա պատգամավորների իրավունքն է»:
