«Փաստ» թերթը գրում է. «Քանիցս նշել ենք, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կառավարությունը բավականին լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի հատկապես ՏԻՄ ոլորտում, քանի որ մարզպետներն ու համայնքապետներից շատերը միմյանց հետ շուրջ երկու տարի է՝ ակնհայտ պայքարի մեջ են գտնվում։  Շատ համայնքապետներ, հաճախ անիմաստ ու արհեստական շահարկումների արդյունքում, հայտնվում են մարզային իշխանությունների թիրախում, եւ անընդհատ նրանց սեղմող օղակը նեղանում է։  Ներկայումս նմանօրինակ մի իրավիճակ է տիրում նաեւ Լոռու մարզում, որտեղ որոշ համայնքապետներ ու մարզպետը ոչ մի կերպ չեն կարողանում կարգավորել իրենց աշխատանքային հարաբերությունները։ Սակայն խնդիրները միայն համայնքապետների հետ չեն կապված: «Փաստի» տեղեկություններով, վերջերս Լոռու մարզպետ Անդրեյ Ղուկասյանը Վանաձորում հանդիպել է մարզի գործարար շրջանակների որոշ ներկայացուցիչների հետ եւ բավականին կոշտ զրույց է ունեցել: Հիմնական թեման կապված է եղել մարզում ներդրումների բացակայության, ինչպես նաեւ արտակարգ դրության պայմաններում ստեղծված իրավիճակում փոխադարձ աջակցության եւ միմյանց հետ «ձեռք ձեռքի» աշխատելու անհրաժեշտության հետ։ Թերթի աղբյուրը փոխանցել է, որ այդ հանդիպումից հետո մարզային, ապա նաեւ հանրապետական վերահսկիչ կառույցների կողմից լուրջ ստուգումներ են սկսվել մի շարք հիմնարկ ձեռնարկություններում։ Մասնավորաբար, մեր տեղեկության համաձայն, երկարամյա գործունեություն ծավալած ՃՇՇ ընկերություններից մեկը օրերս փակվել է, իսկ մյուսում խորքային ստուգումներ են իրականացվում»:
