«Ադեկվադ» միաբանությունը հայտարարություն է տարածել, որում մասնավորապես ասված է․

«Սույն թվականի մայիսի 20-ին «Ադեկվադ» միաբանության ղեկավար Արթուր Դանիելյանը հրավիրվել է ՀՀ ոստիկանության քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչություն ՀԱՄԱԴՊՎ ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի բաժին մեզ համար դեռևս անհայտ գործի շրջանակներում բացատրություն տալու:

Միաբանությունը հրավիրում է ԶԼՄ-ների ներկայացուցիչներին Արթուր Դանիելյանի ասուլիսին, որը տեղի կունենա Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության մասնաշենքի մուտքի մոտ՝ հարցաքննության ավարտից հետո:

Միաբանությունը ողջունում է Քրեական ոստիկանության ջանքերն ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականության դեմ պայքարի շրջանակներում և հույս է արտահայտում, որ քննվող գործը չի համալրի քաղաքական հետապնդումների նպատակով հարուցված քրեական գործերի ցանկը:

Միաբանությունը վերահաստատում է իր պատրաստակամությունը աջակցել բոլոր շահագրգիռ շրջանակներին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում տեղի ունեցող բազմաթիվ ծայրահեղական և ահաբեկչական բնույթի հանցանքների դեմ պայքարում:

Խորը ցավով և կսկիծով պետք է արձանագրենք, որ նախկին և ներկա իշխանությունների հանցավոր անգործության և անփութության, հաճախ՝ նաև հակապետական միտում պարունակող քայլերի հետևանքով ներկայումս որևէ պատիժ չեն կրել պետական շինություններ զավթած, ոստիկաններին գնդակահարած, բժիշկներին պատանդ պահած ահաբեկիչները: Պատիժ չեն կրել արդեն 8 ամիս շարունակ կոմայի մեջ գտնվող ՀՀ զինված ուժերի փոխգնդապետին ծեծի ենթարկած մերձիշխանական շրջանակները:

Պատիժ չեն կրել երկրում սահմանադրական կարգ տապալած ու արդարադատությանը խոչընդոտած օտարերկրյա գործակալները՝ երկրի վարչապետի գլխավորությամբ: Պատիժ չեն կրել հացադուլի հետևանքով ազատազրկման վայրում մահացած լրագրողի մահվան պատասխանատուները: Անպատիժ են սեռական փոքրամասնությունների և այլ հոգեկան շեղումներ ունեցող մարդկանց հանցագործությունները:

Պատիժ չեն կրել առևանգման փորձ կատարած օտարերկրյա գործակալական ցանցերի խուլիգանախմբերը: Պատիժ չեն կրել ապօրինի ձեռնարակատիրական գործունեությամբ ֆինանսավորվող ապատեղեկատվություն և ատելություն տարածող խմբերի ներկայացուցիչները:
Այս և բազմաթիվ այլ ծանրագույն հանցագործությունների բացահայտման գործում միաբանությունը պատրաստակամ է համապարփակ աջակցություն ցուցաբերել իրավապահներին:

Լիահույս ենք, որ հենց նմանատիպ հանցագործություններ բացահայտելու նպատակով է Արթուր Դանիելյանը հրավիրվել Քրեական ոստիկանության գլխավոր վարչության ահաբեկչության և ծայրահեղականաության դեմ պայքարի բաժին»:
