ՀՀ սահմանադրական դատարանն այսօր՝ մայիսի 19-ին, մի քանի որոշումներ է ընդունել։

«2018 թվականի հունիսի 18-ին մոսկվայում ստորագրված «հայաստանի հանրապետության՝ «կապիտալի ազատ տեղաշարժի ապահովման համար ֆինանսական շուկաներում պայմանների ստեղծման նպատակով ֆինանսական ոլորտում տեղեկությունների, այդ թվում՝ գաղտնի, փոխանակման մասին» 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 23-ի համաձայնագրին միանալու մասին» արձանագրությունում ամրագրված պարտավորությունների` սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանության հարցը որոշելու վերաբերյալ գործով

2019 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ին ստորագրված՝ «եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ պետությունների աշխատողների կենսաթոշակային ապահովության մասին» համաձայնագրում ամրագրված պարտավորությունների` հայաստանի հանրապետության սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանության հարցը որոշելու վերաբերյալ գործով
